Nations Photo Lab Anmeldelser

Excellent customer service! My shipping was delayed, so they kindly offered to reprint and reship the order, at no cost to me. Thanks very much, would recommend!

Fast knowledgeable and very courteous.

I have always received great products from Nations Lab. Their customer service is absolutely amazing.

Brandon was friendly, answered my questions, and sounded like he really enjoys his job. I appreciate that kind of cusomer service.

David explained to me the options so it could fit and so I get the best result
I felt that he really cares he's been so patient even though I repeated questions or asked for more details
He helped me chose the right product and also gave me information about shipping

I've only made one order with Nations Photo but I'm already impressed and I understand why Wirecutter and other consumer review sites rate Nations as the best. A customer service agent guided me through the ordering process, I received my order quickly, the framed print was matted and framed in top-notch fashion. I had a slight issue, and the customer service team at Nations, headed in this case by Tara, responded to me on the next business day and promptly solved my issue. If only all on-line businesses were so customer service focused!

Allison fixed my shipping address she’s a hero

First time using Nations Photo Lab and needed some customer service support. I used the chatbot and got a human pretty quickly. Erica was super helpful and patient. She was able to see what I was working on (daughter's wedding pics) and troubleshoot some sizing issues. I submitted my order (chose to pay the extra for "color correcting" service) and the prints are amazing!! Even my 8 x 10s were incredible. I've finally found a photo service that creates high quality archival prints like in the old days. As an avid scrapbooker, I want only the best for my family's keepsake albums. I highly recommend and if you choose the color correcting service they guarantee you are happy with the prints.

Love a company with great& quick customer service! Thank you Nations lab for great quality pictures and great customer service! Highly recommend:)

Tara Smith at Nations Photo Lab made sure to check in with me about the personalization of the book. This is a birthday gift and without that embossed touch it wouldn’t have been as personalized and special. The fact that she caught the error or me forgetting to enter what I wanted makes me appreciate that someone online is paying attention!!:): ) Thank you Tara!

Alison helped me quickly and got my problem resolved.

David was courteous and quick to resolve my issue. He even followed up with an email to reconfirm that my issue would be resolved, even if it wasn't reflected on the main website.

They resolved the issue very quickly. Always 5 stars customer service.

Quality printing and paper. My two pieces ended up having two small tears in them and the Silvia helped quickly and easily send out two complimentary prints to replace them. Will be using the again soon for more prints!!

I have ordered from Nations several times. I feel that Nations Photo Lab does everything right. From product quality to customer service I have never been disappointed.
Tara Smith is a great example of the high quality customer service representatives employed by Nations: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I am particularly impressed with the way Tara handled my latest order, providing a way to work around a technical glitch, tracking the project and then following up as promised after the order was placed. Thank you Tara for a job well done.

As a professional photographer, I really appreciated Erica’s deep product knowledge and thoughtful assistance. She clearly understood the nuances of the product, provided direct and informative answers, and made the entire conversation efficient and enjoyable. Her clear communication and genuinely helpful approach stood out, and I truly valued her support.

I was unhappy with the color "correction" on my ordered prints. Brandon kindly understood, asked some specifics and set up a re-printing, following up with an email containing order numbers. Quick and easy. I'm awaiting the results.

David expeditiously resolved my problem. What more could one want? Bravo!

I experienced excellent customer service from Erica at Nations Photo Lab. I had an issue with a discount code, so reached out. Erica was assigned. She quickly set to work on my issue, and resolved it in short order. When she hit a snag, she found a work around. She also went a step further and reset my order for me. A task I was not looking forward to. Erica was fast, efficient and friendly throughout my experience.

Great communication, Ricky Der responded within 24 hours. My problem was solved with zero back and forth on email which is always frustrating. Thank you Nations Photo Lab!
