Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful . He really cared about me as a customer. He was courteous, patient and was able to resolve my issue quickly . I appreciated his help very much.

My prints required accuracy that might be unnoticed for most. When a minority were not printed exactly as needed, Nations customer service immediately recognized my issue and ordered reprints that arrived within days. All the reprints were perfect. So, while the original printing was not as perfect as I might have liked, Nations immediately righted the ship.

I was having trouble navigating the app regarding to using the same picture for different size prints, and saving a specific picture to be used later/gallery. Sarah was not only very knowledgeable but was patient with me and walked me through all the processes, making sure that I was understanding how to navigate the app in the future. Background: our team Our Community Salutes Georgia, recognizes and honors HS Seniors throughout GA who volunteer to serve in our Nations's Armed Forces. During this celebration we take formal portraits of these enlistees and their family. We then send them to Nations Photos to print 8"x10" formal prints. We honor about 150-200 enlistees each year. Once we get these prints back we mail them to 2 prints to each family (free of charge) as a thank you. two days ago, I made a mistake in my initial order. I called and talked with Brandon. He was able to understand my problem and was able to correct the situation quickly and professionally. I started with Nations Photos at least three years ago. You will remain a key element in the years ahead that enables us to accomplish our mission of honoring our young heroes.

One of the large prints in my order was creased during shipping that was supposed to be for an event in five days. Sometimes these things happen and are unavoidable but David at NPL customer service was right on top of it and was able to expedite a new print quickly. Besides the fact that NPL offers great deals and high quality prints and products, their customer service team is excellent. If there is a rare occasion an issue may arise they were always fast to make it right!

I failed to receive a 40% discount code in time to apply it to my recent order. I sent a message which was received byTara Smith. She immediately responded saying she would look into my issue. After several (very timely) communications, I received notice that she had
received approval to apply it belatedly to my order. I felt Tara went above & beyond my expectations in order to gain a successful resolution to my issue. Many thanks to her!

I am a newbie at ordering prints online. AI had suggested one of my photos would look great framed and suggested Nations Photo Lab. I had an issue regarding the cropping of the photo. Tara quickly responded and negotiated me through the process. She was extremely timely in her responses. Tara’s helpfulness transcended across email along with patience.

While I was disappointed and upset not receiving part of my order, the quality of the photos is beautiful, a competitive price and the customer service is empathetic, easy, and quick to resolve issues. I've been using Nations Photo Lab for years for my photography competitions. They have always had exceptional quality to their prints and services. Most recently, I forgot to enter a promo code that was ending at midnight. I was in a rush to complete my order and refreshed the page without the promo code. The discount was not applied and the order was locked in. I immediately sent a message explaining what had happened, and their customer service got back to me very quickly. They applied the discount retroactively, and refunded the difference back to my card. I truly appreciate the way they heard the problem that I had created, and gave me a solution that didn't penalize me. I felt cared for and valued by their actions.
