Great work by the screen fitters
Great work by the screen fitters. Cannot fault the screen fitting training guy from Middlesbrough. Great job and interpersonal skills.
However communication, information and interaction virtually non existent from the front desk staff. Would have been 5 stars if I felt valued by the first point of contact staff.

A Good Job
The whole operation was very simple, dropped my vehicle off at the proposed agreed time and just over an hour later I was telephoned to say it’s ready. Good job done very smoothly and in view professionally.

When we arrived we asked how long they…
When we arrived we asked how long they would be, the guys said we are first in the queue , if we both get on it possible 1-1/2 hours. Asked if there was a cafe anywhere (as it was on a industrial estate) and was directed to a cafe in Elvington ( Rebecca’s) had a lovely breakfast and returned to find the guys were just finishing off. Brilliant service.

Poor
Windscreen wasn’t started the day it was booked in because someone who needed to be in the workshop wasn’t. So the car was kept until the next day causing a big inconvenience. Little care taken whilst completing the work. Muddy footprints on the door sills and when we wiped them clean, there were scratches on the metal plates. Dirty hand marks on the upholstery around the window. A (now dried hard) pea sized blob of black glue/sealant on the window frame which now can’t be wiped off. Would not recommend.
