Very straight forward,booked an appointment online to attend the Newry branch for 2 days later then got a phonecall to say they could come to my house the next morning to replace it which suited better. Got a text that morning from the engineer to say what time he'd be there and got it replaced with no hassle. They sorted all with the insurance company too.

Speedy and friendly
We ended up waiting in reception with our 8 week old baby. The staff were so friendly, chatty, and helpful. The windscreen replacement ended up taking only a couple hours

Helpful staff and fast service.
From the first contact with my Insurance Company the staff throughout were polite and helpful. I was surprised initially that I had to take the car to premises in another City, as I thought the repair van would attend at my home. However, when the reason was explained to me it made perfect sense.
My visit to the premises was shorter than I expected and the staff were most helpful.
