They left broken glass inside the boot…
They left broken glass inside the boot door, I can hear it rattle when I open the door.
The reception/waiting area is freezing cold. Also their was political and religious items in the area that made me think the "service" I received was because of of my community background.
I changed the date I went their to protect my identity.

Technician was was fantastic. He called to let me know he was on his way and came to my workplace to do the replacement. He was prompt, friendly, courteous and polite. He left the vehicle and the work area clean and tidy as he found them and did a great job!
