Could of been 5
Could of been 5 , but for Hard time left on hold when phoning for advice, web site not that easy to use, delay with text messages up dates from there control office , but gave 4 stars for mobile fitter work in completing the replacement well within the hour set out in there estimated time,

The actual replacement service was very…
The actual replacement service was very efficient, the window engineers polite and communicative.
The issue I had was that I had booked a home visit due to the windscreen crack being right through the drivers vision, I kept getting emails to say that the booking was for the Bangor depot, a few calls later to them, I still received an email to say Bangor! Eventually sorted (my time and calls - 2 hours).
The 'live App' does not work properly, according to the App the engineers had a 4 hour job before me in Bangor... 2 hours later (including the drive from Bangor) the engineers turned up!!
I was ready to see them for 3 hours (iaw App) they were done and gone in 40 minutes!!!
But apart from the emails and App - Job well done...
