Totally satisfactory workmanship
The actual work in replacing my windscreen was completed to my total satisfaction - clean, tidy and took about an hour.
My only critical comment would be related to the tracking system - it works intermittently and is not accurate. For example, it showed that the technician was on an earlier job but was actually at my address and had started to remove my damaged windscreen.

Swift completion
Swift completion. The only issue is that I have to leave Anglesey and go to an Industrial estate near Bangor which is huge and the depot was hard to find

Utterly Hopeless Communication
Avoid like the plague!
They would only give a day, not a time, to come and do it. Said they would text in the morning to let us know the time. They didn't. They did turn up, but said it might rain so they couldn't do anything. Said they would be in touch. They weren't.
I had to book all over again through their phone lines where you wait forever and a day to get an answer.
Got another appointment. Again, only a day, not a time. Had to ring again to find a time - once more, like watching paint dry. They said "Lunchtime." What time is that?
Eventually I rang my Insurance in the afternoon, when still nobody had arrived, and they very kindly offered to ring up and cancel everything, saving me the annoyance of waiting on the phone.
I expect this comment will get a mealy-mouthed reply like other negative comments here. Not worth a light.
