What can I say about this courier company. They missed the delivery slot, when I phoned to speak to the call centre - they were extremly rude. The delievery time was 7am - 2pm. The courier driver, knocked and banged on my door at 6:40am - waking up my children. He left the goods outside my house and signed on my behalf the delivery acceptance!!!!!

Absolute shocking, a -10, woud be too kind for this company.

I have to give one star, but that’s too high for this utter joke of a company. They give you a very narrow specific time slot and a customer service number to call for “options” if this isn’t convenient. Your only “option” is cancel the very narrow time slot they give you that you can’t make (while telling you they don’t offer specific time slots) and give you any time between 2 and 4 days. I said I’m available anytime all afternoon on same day or anytime the day after - a 36 hour window. They put me through to 3 different people, each time promising that the next person can help - which is utter time wasting rubbish . First customer service agent I spoke was clearly at a children’s party as all I could hear was screaming children. The most unprofessional courier service I’ve ever had the displeasure to have to deal with. Have contacted the company who have used this low rent company to cancel the order and refund me. There many other really good courier companies out there who try and help customers and I’ve given the name of one I’ve dealt with on a few occasions who provide an excellent service to both them and their customers. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t use this firm! The 1.8 star google review is accurate - actually it’s too high!

Ordered a nice ceramic toilet to be delivered as part of my bathroom refurb via an Amazon seller. This is the delivery firm they use.

The delivery a lot given was 7-9am (yikes) and yet my bell was ringing at 6.30am!

Dazzled I go to my buzzer to answer - no apologies for arriving early, no friendly service - just rude and blunt. He said he’s leaving the toilet on the ground floor main entrance. I live on the 1st floor (there is a lift) and need the item delivered to my flat directly - all made clear on my order. He refused and simply said he’s leaving it there.

Rude, curt, unhelpful, service who also are not to time.

He also added a signature to say I signed for it - I didn’t and it was not my signature.

If I sold products I would never use them - really represented the Seller badly. They need to get to deliveries on time and they need to make it clear they will not deliver to your door as they don’t - they also need customer service training.
