I have been helped by nicola the past week and she has really helped me get my debt in order, I couldn't thank you enough, I know its just part of your job but the way you were was great and exactly what I needed in a stressful time. 👍

I don't usually leave reviews but i had to leave this one regarding a lovely member of staff by the name of Nicola.
After the first phone call i had with Nicki regarding my debts, she made feel at ease with the process, giving clear and concise explanations and due to me having multiple health conditions it really helped me a lot
For the last 3 days she has been working tirelessly helping me contact creditors amongst other things. She sticks to her word, keeps me well updated throughout the process and has such a warm and friendly personality which has helped us build up a wonderful rapport.

Nicki, you're a superstar!!! I hope more people have the pleasure to receive help from you.
