I'd purchased a new MG4 Urban only a few days earlier so called into the showroom on the off chance. Vanessa was exceptionally helpful, explained what the issue could be and arranged for one of the Service department team to check the car over immediately. At the same time, she arranged for a courtesy car, which was a great help.
Vanessa rang me around an hour later to advise that it was just a software update and that my car was ready.
This was a first class service and my utmost thanks go to Vanessa for her assistance.

I bought a used vehicle and having driven home 25 miles a fault developed with the 12volt battery. It was sorted straight away that a courtesy car would be provided whilst my car was recovered. It was fixed within 24hrs of the dealership receiving the car

First time to buy or own an electric car Aiden knew his stuff and was main reason to sign on the day, apparently a trainee well compliments to his manager, he is the future of Nathaniel. I was very nervous and his approach was not pushy and excellent at delivering a sales.

Picked up my car with no problem I did have a problem with the car but it was sorted swiftly and professionally and I was supplied a hire car. I can't falt the staff at Nathaniel cars who went above and beyond to help keeping me updated throughout.

Really helpful, went that extra mile to get us the car , highly recommended.

Tale of two garages. Arrived at Cardiff branch (where I'd previously bought an MG4 and had great service), for a pre booked test drive on a Deepal 07. Young Deepal salesman said he'd no idea I was coming and that their demo was awaiting a new tyre. Said if I waited 2 or 3 hours he may be able to sort something out!!
Left there phoned the Bridgend branch, spoke to Nyal who arranged to see me as soon as I drove there. Took me out for a drive, loved it, bought one there and then.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. Terry was really helpful,friendly, informative yet not pushy . The company had a great offer with their volt promotion and were very easy to deal with all the staff we met were really friendly and helpful. The whole experience was super smooth would highly recommend and would not hesitate to but from Nathaniel's again

I was welcomed in at Nathaniel’s by a lovely lady on reception who made me and my daughter feel like family. I then was sold my car by Tom, he was amazing! He helped me choose the right car for me. Talked me through absolutely everything. Any questions I had were answered and everything was very thorough. I bought my first car back in 2017 with Tom and I upgraded this week. Perfect customer service and care from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend enough

Needed to book my car for its 1st service, Louise was an absolute superstar, she identified an issue with my details, escalated it, got it sorted and called me back! She clearly is an asset and genuinely understands the meaning of excellent customer service and putting the customer at the heart of everything she does.

Don't you hate it when you buy a new car and get half a tank of petrol, rushed handover, no explanation of key features?

Well Nathaniels is the opposite. I just took delivery of a new MG IM6 Launch Edition, super friendly people, as fast or slow a process as I wanted - useful tips for some popular functions and a fully charged EV.

Nice follow ups and checks on how I was getting on and other helpful suggestions and a rewards card / app coming in May that is packed with help and actual rewards like free coffees, sports tickets.

I'd highly recommend buying a car from them - they can find something that meets your needs and is very affordable.

Their staff and customer service is first class - can't fault it.

A good selection of cars and the staff are very friendly and helpful. A comfortable and clean waiting area.

Whilst busy and delays inevitable the team were very helpful, answers all of my queries, made the process as simple as it could be and had my new purchase ready when they said they would. Really appreciated the site manger popping in personally to apologise for any waiting time. A very personal gesture that demonstrates how customer focussed they are. Thank you.
