I never received my item, and I reached out to customer service and never heard anything back. I will never be using this company again. I don't even care about the item anymore as I have ordered and received what I needed from another company, but a refund would be nice!

I really like your new Enfield CT location. It is exceptionally clean and the staff are a big help!

I never received the pool steps that I ordered and paid for. Someone took it upon themselves to send different pool stairs that are not even on the companies website for sale. Last I was told is that they didn’t have them and could offer a refund? It’s been over a month and I still haven’t received a refund. The company is very hard to get ahold of and customer service doesn’t respond in a timely manner. I was very disappointed with the service or lack there of in this case. As a business owner myself, very poor customer service. You don’t just send someone something they didn’t order and think that’s ok. It’s not.

This winter cover looks amazing. I like the engineering/common sense that has gone into it. I was surprised that the shipping was as high as it is. Most places offer free shipping now days for bigger, more expensive items and this cover is already quit a bit more cash than your competitors.

The worst experience ever, very, very irresponsible and the contractor very unprofessional. Ordered the pool in March, supposed to be install at end of June, they installed two moths after the day said. They left a mess in my backyard and the said to me in person they will be clean up everything.when The contractor dug my yard I thought next day was going to start building the pool, but he appears a moth later and I pay for install the fence of the pool too, this is the day I still don’t hear anything about it. Very bad experience not recomendé NAMCO POOL at all 👎👎👎

Perfect they contacted me as I bought 2 of the same items one for me and one for my dad, but they contacted me to find out if I ordered 2 and they came very quickly. Thank you

Price was high. Received wrong liner. Had to wait for the right one to come in.
Had to look for a pool guy to pool together and get an Electrican. Didn't have to do this for the last 2 pool I got from Namco. People don't to care about the customers anymore. .Make the sale. See Ya. I do have to say, that the lady
on phone for customer problem did a great job at getting the liner here fast. She was pleasant person to speak too.

I bought a proline pump online, from Namco.It was easy to find what I wanted and I had it in two days. It was slightly different from my old proline but, a couple of simple plumbing mods, and I was up and running.

I had a terrible experience with getting my pool it was during the pandemic was supposed to be installed by memorial day but didn’t get installed until middle of September plus half of the product I was supposed to get never came

Still waiting for my tracking number... it shipped this morning... doesn’t make sense!!!! Thanks

I had a great experience our pool pump broke so we had to order a new one from Namco it was the fastest delivery I have ever received in came right the next day we were amazed and thankful.

Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence. Now need to try to contact someone at store to try to figure out what is missing and how to resolve

Consumers be aware: I’m sure they have great products if you actually can get it delivered to your house. Waited three weeks for pool stairs no contact from Namco to let me know that it was on back order or they did not have the product. My July 4 Pool party with no stairs pretty comical. Horrible customer service tried to cancel order, called 3 times, will never buy another product from there. It took over 10 day for me to get my money back to my card. What a joke.
