I had a have a great experience everytime, Their team is very helpful and they store is very clean. It’s a happy environment to be in. Thank you Namco for all you do!

I had to get a liner replaced 2 times each time I had to pay for water to be pumped out and new water replaced. This company refused to help with the cost of replacing water. Not a happy person with this company.

Customer service was great. Vinyl liner, very unsatisfied. It not fit well, to small. Pool collapsed, flooded backyard.

We are having the worst experience with the installation department, looks like namco hires an external company and the manager is not professional at all, we're schedule for monday, no call no one showed up, then she called at 9:30pm, she is been playing with us saying she is working on and will call us back later with the date and time and never calls back, her voice message machine is full, and now she started yelling at me when I ask her if she is going to do her job or if we need to ask for a refund, she got mad when I said this is not professional and is very irresponsible.

So far so good! I'm excited, my pool is being installed tomorrow! My purchasing and customer service experience has been excellent.

Great liner, quick shipping

Pool pump quit on a Saturday morning. Brick and mortar stores didn’t have any in stock - nor at this price. Ordered Saturday afternoon and delivered Tuesday morning! Great experience from start to finish!

No words can describe how Lisa at Namco in Swansea has saved my summer. I had issues with my pool filter and was ready to just get rid on my pool. I had had enough. Lisa talked with me and reassured me if I do what she is telling me, everything would be okay. She was right! Lisa, from your knowledge to your compassion….you are amazing. Truly you have saved my summer. I am forever grateful for you!

I bought a pump this year in the store and it is not the one that I have used in the past. I felt pressured in the store to take whatever they had left and should have waited to buy the pump online. It was fast and easy. I saved money and it ships for free!

I have always bought my pools and pool supplies from Namco. Especially with the pool packages, it includes EVERYTHING you need to get a pool installed in full working order and nothing has ever been missing from the delivered packages.

Getting my second pool from them in a couple weeks and will install it immediately with no worries about craftsmanship.

Ordering and customer service were fine. I was somewhat disappointed that I had to pay shipping charges since most of the other pool companies don’t have shipping charges for items over $100

My original purchase of the same product I ordered a couple of weeks ago was the wrong size solar cover that I had ordered.

I am leaving this review for an employee, Aileen Gracy. We purchased a pool from Namco and with Covid there were a few delays and glitches. Aileen went above and beyond to help us. Aileen truly is a class act that absolutely understands customer service. Aileen is an incredible communicator, she does what she says she is going to do and she has been a pleasure to deal with. We are currently dealing with another snag on our pool and she has stepped right up to help us, we are grateful for her. Namco you are lucky to have an employee like her, she is one of the only ones from your company that has been reliable and consistent for us. Five stars for her ALL DAY LONG!!

Just ordered the fantail above ground pool deck these guys had it in stock and still a reasonable price the rest that did have it wanted 3 times the price! we will see the time it takes to receive my deck.
