Order delivered and boxes were open on both ends- stuff spilling out of boxes. no packing slips showing parts included or instructions for installing and appears to be missing parts for top of fence.... Vis mer

Customer service said they would send me a return label to return a pool ladder that was the wrong color. That never happened. I have left several messages at customer service and have not received a call back. After spending thousands of dollars on a pool from them you would think they would not give me a hard time about returning a ladder for a few hundred dollars.

So I write a poor review and get a generic reply with no way of responding to the reply, except to contact customer service. Where would you like me to submit my number?? "We're sorry for the poor experience. Namco strives to make meaningful and lasting connections. We would like for you to reach out to us regarding the issue. HA...what a joke! Customer Service is why I wrote the poor review. Around and around we go. This is ridiculous!! Get me some answers, then I will know you care about your customer.

Pool company arrived to install pool. Hayward pump/ Waterway filter..not compatible. I had to drive to Namco..on a Sunday..at 2:30 while having an appointment at 5 ..Shelton to Orange..very stressful. I received NO credit for the inconvenience or for the fact that I ordered a Hayward filter which I know is more expensive/better quality than the Waterway.This is the second pool I have purchased from Namco..very disappointed with lack of regard for my inconvenience/ wrong order.

Pump was OOS at my local Namco so I ordered it online and had it 24 hours later. Free shipping. Works very well and it's much quieter than my previous pump that was 18 years old.

Not happy at all, I ordered a a cartridge filler tank that was black
I recieved a tank which was gray . On the box it said tank color black. I sent email and left messages and no one got back to me. I then call the store and the manager said they only come in gray. I also told him the gray tank look like a cheap plastic. Told him my original talk look maybe like resin , was very sturdy. He said tank are same but they use black die years ago. NOT HAPPY !!!!

Major lack of communication!! Why am I still waiting to find out when I will receive the rest of my parts?!?!?!?! I ordered over a month ago, and still no call back when I try to inquire. Not happy at all!!!!! Your customer service is horrible!!! You should have offered me an equal value pool of the one I ordered was messed up. Never should have been shipped if you knew it had the wrong pieces!!!!!!

My boyfriend and I went to the Namco at the Buckland Hills in Manchester CT on 6/13/21. Our experience was the best ever at Namco. All employees willing to help. It was amazing.

So I purchased the synergy 18x33 pool from Namco in the fall of 2020 for a spring 2021 install. Due to Covid we were afraid we wouldn’t get the pool installed in time for 2021 . Had no issues at all. Purchased from the Manchester Ct. store. Conner was a pleasure to deal with. They called me in March 2021 that the pool was ready for delivery but I was under another project and asked for an April delivery. No problem. Pool was delivered with no issues. No broken parts no missing parts.
Now this is where it went south.
Namco only has 1 qualified pool installer in the area of NY where I live. They should have additional resources, not just one. This company were only interested in getting in and out. They scratched several of my pool products . No regard for the customer. I would absolutely recommend Namco and the Synergy pool but the install team was terrible and would never use them again.

I ordered chlorine in your Danbury store on a Monday, for a pickup on a Thursday. Now Danbury is atleast 30/40 min away. The other store in rocky hill same distance and time. Well long story short I got an email saying my order would be ready for 11am. So I drove down there to find out that it wasn’t ready. So they tell me I have to come back another day. No apologies, just an “I don’t know how or why you were able to” I was not driving another 2 hours in a day. Then they say I can go to Southington. NOW WHY COULDNT I GO TO SOUTHINGTON IN THE FIRST PLACE?? Anyways now instead of 40 each way I have to drive 20. Awful service wasting days driving and no compensation for a awful mistake on your part. Almost 2 hours 1 day and almost another hour the next time. By the way I emailed them twice and one email said sorry nothing we can do. Another email weeks after never get a response

I just needed a bad of filter sand so I go to the website and it says I can do a curbside pick-up in 2 days. I ordered the bag and gave my credit card and waited 2 days. I expected to get an email saying that my order was ready but didn't hear anything. I emailed customer service to ask if the order was ready or not. When I got no response from them I called the Salem NH store to get an update. The girl said "I don't know about your invoice or order number but we have plenty of bags of filter sand in stock if you want to come in to pick one up."
Why was I put through this when the website could have told me originally that there were 50 bags of sand in stock and not have me assume they had to ship one to the store in 2 days for a special curbside pick-up?

recently ordered 15 x 30 oval solar pool cover, paperwork said it was oval but after opening box found it was rectangular. I can trim it to fit but attention to detail was missed.

Terrible experience. We ordered our pool in May. Pool was installed and had a leak. We were offered a patch kit until we threatened a lawsuit or to call the local news. We finally got a new liner installed in September. Could not use the pool all summer. The steps we ordered came in September. We had to pay a second time fora truck of water. We paid full price for a pool that went on clearance in the fall. Terrible customer service and was an expensive pool. Would never do business with them again.
