I have been contacting Nacon for the last 3 days.I was asking them to send me a link to buy the ps4 revolution pro controller v1 charger as I lost mine.Later they responded to my email and adked me if the controller is mine as I didn’t have the order number because it was given to me by my brother.Later they adked for a photo of the box and I sent the only photo I had because I threw it away.And the only photo I had was the photo of my brother sending me asking if I want the controller.Now Nacon are asking me if the controller is mine and I sent them evidence of the box,stickers and user manual and also the controller in my hand.All of this is because I wanted to buy a charger.I pleaded to them for days now and there not responding to my emails.Now I regret promoting the company to my friends and family.And I will not suggest of anyone to buy from then as customer support is trash and all of this is for a charger! So thank you Nacon as now I have to buy a 80euro controller instead of buying a 5euro charger.Thank you very much!

AWFUL experience. they need you to create an account just to play a game and then awful UI and cant even change the password which means im locked away cant play the game and cant delte my account. awful user experience.

Maj : suite a cet avis la marque m'a contacté et apres photo de la manette, m'a renvoyé une neuve, qui m'a permis aussi de constaté que l'autre avait aussi un defaut du bouton de selection des mode. En espérant etre tomber sur un mauvais lot. 1 mois (achat 21avril)et la manette a de gros problèmes, déjà dès le début si on met le plus gros axe métallique on ne peut pas faire L3 ou R3 en avançant lol maintenant quand j'avance et L3(avec petit axe) ça fait r2 lol, j'enlève le bouton et là je voi que l'axe plastique du joystick est cassé ! Je ne croyais pas les avis disant que la qualité était pitoyable maintenant je les crois

Nacon Revolution X Unlimited Controller and some feedback
Was a really good experience with Nacon. It took some time to arrive, but this was because of a public holiday and obviously it takes some time from France to Germany. Everything was in good condition, no damages, so the transport was done with safety and precaution.
I ordered the Controller Nacon Revolution X Unlimited and I'm very happy with it.
Only thing to mention:
I needed to contact support for a software related topic. I was confused by the App for the controller. I couldn't choose the update option for firmware updates. (I really mean choose, it was not possible to mark it with the cursor/controller, it just jumped on the option under or above it).
But there was a green point on the update button in the app. Support told me, a green point means everything is up-to-date. A blue point means that there are updates available. I hope this is going to be fixed, because it feels like a bug. On every app and software you can mark the update option, or look manually for updates, and get notified that there are no updates available or that everything is updated. I got really irritated by that unusual function.
I wish truly that this is going to be corrected and improved, because then everything will be perfect for me.
Unfortunately, there was no chance to know this green point-blue point thing, because it's not explained in the manual, and not explained in the FAQ, so I had to bother the support.

Steam key code aangekocht maar nooit…
Steam key code aangekocht maar nooit ontvangen. Na contact met hen te hebben opgenomen via het formulier op de website heb ik het antwoord gekregen dat ik mijn mail moest dubbelchecken en indien ik echt niets had ontvangen opnieuw een formulier invullen via de website. Dat heb ik ook gedaan maar na een week en 4 mails geen antwoord meer ontvangen. Beter iets meer uitgeven op een betrouwbare site dan hier je aankoop te doen.

Mijn ervaring is dat je beter niks bij nacon kan kopen! Eind vorig jaar een controller aangeachaft voor €200,- pakket is nooit aangekomen dit uiteindelijk direct gemeld. Enkel het trieste is dat ze je steeds terug mailen met heb geduld wacht 5 dagen zijn onderhand 4 maanden verder zonder resultaat

Can’t even sign into nothing to play any off these games on PlayStation 5 says my account already exists but won’t let me rest my password even though I get a link still don’t expect my new password. Poor service as when I go to ask for help says I need to be signed when I can’t sign in. Poor customer service and the people that design this seriously need a good talking to

Productos de MUY BUENA CALIDAD, además suelen tener ofertas muy atractivas sobretodo cuando lanzan un producto y se agradece.
También mencionar algo importante en una gran empresa o Marca y es la BUENA ATENCION AL CLIENTE que tienen,en cuanto a tiempo de respuesta y solución.

So I wanted to hate this controller and was looking for faults down to having to pay a shipping fee but first of all I could not fault it one but it really is one of the best controllers iv ever used so responsive and nice click buttons feels great in your hands and you can actually reach the back buttons with ease fully programmable either using the LCD display on the controller or the app on the Xbox the controller is made out of solid quality materials and is 100% premium for me it's the 2nd best controller for Xbox on the planet not to my one issue is I got a £45 fee for shipping that I was not made aware of until the controller had been delivered which I really was not happy although the seller said they will reimburse on receipt of payment so kind of cancels it out but other than that nacon is the controller you need if you pro game
