It was a great experience.. we received our product on time . The quick reply to the questions from the co-ordinator.
Only packing part was not good. The product when received was not in good condition. Not spoiled but was little mess. For which I spoke to them and hope our next parcel will come perfect .

I recently ordered something from India to UK via MyXBorder. The service was flawless, efficient and speedy with great communication throughout. The parcel was actually delivered within 3 days! Good experience
Good experience dealing with the team. Ordered some crockery (fragile) items and they reached to me in UK in mint condition. The only downside is that I found it a bit pricey, which is not their fault i guess, its the cost of transportation that is expensive. For the items worth 3K i had to pay 7K charges.

They unfortunately didn’t verify the product after receipt and even the photo was misleading, I’ve given 2 stars because although this company didn’t scam me, but this company did assist with the purchase and failed to verify the correct product was received, and now won’t refund.
So I’m out of pocket with an inferior item.
So be cautious, if buying through this company

Great service
I used the assist shop and ship service to buy an IPL jersey from India to send the London, UK. The service was smooth and took a couple of weeks from putting my order in to delivery. I will use this service again.
