Fast delivery and the attention of shop and ship

We ordered few indian ethnic clothes and a home decor item from indian shopping sites and used myxborder to ship them to our place in NJ, USA. Overall the team at myxborder were excellent in providing status and pictures post receipt of each package.

Though they shipped all items immediately, the shipping charges were quite expensive. Also the description of items were not accurately given to the shipping company. So once the goods arrived in US, there were many back and forths with us asking for accurate description of each item. MyXBorder should have done this when they shipped the items.

It is the best experience with myxborder they are always available to answer the queries and I got my parcel the fastest way possible within 5 days, so overall for me it is the best service that I can get.

First of all the agents are really amazing, always ready to help, and make the necessary changes regarding any items. Very very helpful

I had an amazing experience with MyXBorder! At first I was a bit skeptical about their service, how can they provide reasonable shipment fees? I was a bit back and forth whether or not to use them. Fue una excelente experiencia, la atención por WhatsApp es un poco lenta, quizás por la diferencia de horarios pero siempre obtuve respuesta a mis inquietudes.
