Made ticket with them In the month of Feb , due to urgent need need to do changes , I called them and they arranged new flights with very less price . Kudos to their team for the prompt response and help .

This is a fake company ran by 2 people in India. They will never answer their phone and if they ever do they will just keep forwarding your call to each other until you hang up. They will do everything in their power to take as much money from you as possible.

GREAT COMPANY AND UNBEATABLE PRICE BOOKED FLIGHT FROM NYC to Chennai and what a great service i received from start to end .Even there were schedule change by airline at last minute which was nicely handled by them

BE CAUTIOUS. I booked with this agent because it appeared to offer the cheapest flights via Google Travel. Immediately after booking, I became concerned about the seat selection and requested cancellation even before receiving the ticket number. They assured me that I could select seats on the airline website right after receiving the ticket. However, I later discovered that my fare plan doesn't allow seat selection until check-in. This is a significant problem, especially since I'm traveling with a small toddler, and sitting apart is not ideal.

To add to the frustration, the amount I paid aligns with the upper-level class, and the discrepancy in fare plans, along with the additional +100 charge from the airline website.
Despite multiple calls expressing my concerns, they insist it's non-refundable. When I mentioned exploring the next steps, they promised to call me back but have yet to respond.

this company not only doesn't offer cheaper prices, but also operates by using deceptive methods to extract more money from customers and refusing refunds. BE CAUTIOUS!!

Avoid this company at all costs. Today 22nd January at 11.21 I received phone call from this company when I was scammed and lied about Virgin Atlantic flight form Manchester to New York. The price shown on Mytravelhouse was the lowest so I tried to book it but my card was 2 times declined for unknown reason. I received a phone call few minutes later when the agent tried to scam me to pay them £200 more saying it's not them by its Virigin Atlantic who changed the prices to higher ones, that's why my card was declined. In reality Virigin Atlantic didn't change the price and it was still low prices on their website but the agent kept lying the prices are higher and told me to pay through their website. This scammer were trying to take £200 extra from me saying untruthful information. Eventually I booked through official VA page and I paid the low prices.

Avoid them at all costs. Scammer who try to take more than others from you because they think you're idiot.

I booked a flight via a company called 'my travel house' after investigation into this company I learnt they are a subsidiary of this company, they share same address from companies house to their website and in my email confirmation of my flight booking this registered company name is provided. On both websites however have different contact number and email sign offs. I did also receive email confirmation from both of them so that tells me they running on both. 'My travel house' booked the completely wrong flight and then made no effort to rectify the error they blamed the airline saying they had changed it, then when I spoke to the airline they said I was never on the flight I wanted and paid for. I contacted 'the travel house' as saw all these amazing reviews and he tracked down my booking and said he would send over to 'my travel house' as they a subsidiary and different company. I then had to chase up on this and they said we have no access to their bookings even though previously a man on the phone had located it. Just felt suspicious from speaking to both of them and have no faith in either companies. They told me they had no association to them one minute on their whatsapp chat and the next told me they knew the manager and sent my details to him. This 'manager' name they gave was the guy who actually had incorrectly booked the flight. It was also all very informal the way they spoke on whatsapp and this 'manager' Danny Williams had spelling mistakes, grammatical errors and never called me once only via email. I will not be using a third party again - the 1 star reviews on here make sense to me.
