It is a Scam!!! They charge you without your consent. I had to cancel my card!

Subscription scam.Paid £1.95 for results of an online IQ test. Received then an e-mail then saying I had enrolled in a subscription service costing £39.95 every 4 weeks. The cancellation link leads to nowhere and the support e-mail address is not replied to. AVOID.

The results were definitely made with AI. Not what I expected at all. I thought I would received the 7w8, or 3w4 type of results. Instead it's just a bunch of AI generated text. I paid 2€ for the report with Google pay, but didn't see anything related to a subscription. I checked google pay subscription and don't see it there. I hope they won't charge me as I am rating this 5min after purchasing. That's how bad this is.

Please don't do anything having to do with stupid website. Scams people and forces you to get a subscription without letting you know. Had to close my card because of it. They don't have warm regards with their stupid replies and these people are bottom feeders who have absolutely nothing better to do with themselves but ruin other people's lives.

It’s a scam don’t do the test. You will be charged 39.95 unexpected. Disgraceful people like this need to be in prison. Taking money off people who don’t have it scum of the earth.

Everyone writing reviews had the same experience as me so I feel a little bit better about getting ripped off by this total scam company. Avoid at all costs. Don’t even give them a pound for a test.if I could give them zero stars I would ❤️,

Supposedly you sign up for a $1 subscription which is made very unclear and then they charge you about 40 bucks after their trial period. The most they allowed me to receive for a refund was 40%. Very sketchy and scammy! Make sure you cancel in time!

The company charged me $39.95 for what I thought was a $1 test. When I got the bank statement is when I learned about the charge. It's a scam.

I believe this is a scam site they took money from my account and did not provide any reports. I tried to contact them about my problem but they were just interested in keeping my money. Do not waste your money with this company

Der Test selbst und die vielen Fragen wirkten zunächst durchaus seriös, weshalb ich ihn bis zum Ende durchgeführt habe. Für die Auswertung wurden anschließend 1,95 € verlangt. Das erschien mir für einen solchen Test völlig in Ordnung und diesen Betrag habe ich bewusst bezahlt.

Das Ergebnis war dann allerdings eine große Enttäuschung: Statt einer brauchbaren Auswertung erhielt ich für mein Empfinden hauptsächlich wirres, offensichtlich automatisiert bzw. KI-generiert wirkendes Gerede, mit dem ich überhaupt nichts anfangen konnte. Die 1,95 € hätte ich deshalb schon als Lehrgeld abgehakt.

Das eigentliche Problem kam aber erst danach: Sieben Tage später wurden mir plötzlich 39,95 € für ein angebliches Abonnement abgebucht, das sich alle vier Wochen verlängern soll.

Einem solchen Abo habe ich NICHT bewusst zugestimmt. Die wiederkehrenden Kosten von 39,95 € waren für mich beim Bezahlvorgang nicht klar und hervorgehoben erkennbar. Erst in der Bestätigungsmail fand ich ganz unten den Hinweis, dass aus der Zahlung von 1,95 € ein Abonnement mit 39,95 € alle vier Wochen werden soll. Hätte ich das beim Abschluss eindeutig gesehen, hätte ich niemals bezahlt.

Ich habe das Abo nach der Abbuchung sofort gekündigt, der Forderung widersprochen und ausdrücklich die vollständige Erstattung verlangt. Der Support behauptet, die Abo-Bedingungen seien beim Checkout ersichtlich gewesen, und bot mir zunächst lediglich 25 % der 39,95 € als „gesture of goodwill“ an. Dieses Angebot habe ich abgelehnt.

Für mich ist dieser Ablauf absolut inakzeptabel und ich fühle mich durch die Gestaltung des Bestellvorgangs getäuscht. Ich habe inzwischen ausdrücklich auf mein Widerrufsrecht und die europäischen Verbraucherschutzvorschriften hingewiesen und die vollständige Rückzahlung verlangt.

Ich kann daher nur dringend empfehlen: Achtet sehr genau darauf, was ihr dort bezahlt und welche angeblichen Folgekosten damit verbunden sein sollen.

Sollte der Anbieter die 39,95 € vollständig erstatten, werde ich diese Bewertung selbstverständlich entsprechend aktualisieren.

Edit 30.09.: nach mehrmaligem eindringlichen Schriftverkehr, wurde mir der Betrag heute tatsächlich vollständig erstattet!

This is a complete scam. Not only do they misleadingly automatically enroll you into a very expensive subscription plan, the test results, and the explanations of the results, are absolutely nonsensical. Don't get lured in by the seemingly inexpensive first test, that is just bait.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I paid for a so called report and after 7 days I discovered they enabled somehow a subscription plan. Thanks to Revolut they automatically blocked the payment as it looked suspicious.

Absolutely Scum Scam - They say pay £1 for an online test, with nothing about £39.99 being deposited from your account. It is fraud!!! Run a mile if this company appears on your screen. They do not deserve a one star

The recurring billing was not detailed during the free trial. It's a scam! Stay clear of this provider.

Agree with other reviewers that this is a scam. $1.95 report and obscure subscription sign up without confirmatory email or warning of 39.95 subscription payment due. I contacted them and they issued a $9.99 refund but refused full refund. Dispute initiated through credit card company.
Avoid this duplicitous company.

Immediately after paying, I received an order confirmation email indicating that the payment was processed under mytraitsprofile.us (operated by Aura Health). The email stated that my $1.95 payment started a recurring subscription priced at $39.95 every 4 weeks unless canceled.

In my experience, this setup felt misleading and difficult to navigate:

Subscription Disclosure: The ongoing $39.95 recurring charge was not obvious to me during checkout, and I did not intentionally sign up for an auto-renewing membership.

Cancellation Process: Finding the cancellation path on the website required navigating obscure footer menus at the very bottom of the page to locate the "Cancel Subscription" option.

Policy Terms: Their published Subscription Policy includes terms that raise concerns for me:

Sections 1.10–1.11 & 1.13.2: States that they keep stored payment tokens, may re-attempt charges using tokenized credentials, and can share tokenized payment info with third-party recovery services.

Section 1.12: States that billing descriptors on bank statements may appear under alternative business names.

Section 3.4: States that filing a payment dispute or chargeback with a bank may be treated as a material breach, with the company reserving rights to pursue recovery costs and share metadata with fraud networks.

Based on my personal experience with testlibrary.com and mytraitsprofile.us, I advise prospective users to review all checkout details and terms carefully before entering payment information. Anyone who encounters unexpected charges should consider contacting customer support, monitoring their bank statements, or submitting a report to consumer protection agencies like the FTC or CFPB.

This is real scam company. Don’t take any IQ test and give your credit card number to them because they keep charging your credit card because of weekly subscription which you never agreed to it.

Scam - you pay £1 for an online test and they slyly sign you up for a subscription without making it clear. Misleading and scummy company.
