If it was possible, I’d give them no stars. I tried this just to see about me. I paid the 6.99 and then they charge me additional 2.99. I received absolutely nothing. Well except for that 49.99 dollar charge three days later. I have wrote 4 emails with no comm. I have contacted my cardholder and the BBB. Absolutely ridiculous!

First, we would like to clarify a point that may have caused additional confusion: you signed up for the subscription through our website. This means it is separate from any subscriptions managed through Apple or your device's app store. That's why it wouldn't appear in your Apple Wallet or iOS subscription settings - and stopping payments there would not affect your subscription with us.
We'd also like to note that all subscription details - including the trial period, renewal amount, and billing frequency - were sent to the email address linked to your subscription, along with the first invoice.
We have also checked our system and were unable to locate any emails from you under the details available to us. To help us investigate and resolve this matter, please contact us directly at support@mytraits.ai with the email address you used when signing up, and include "review" in the subject line. Our team will then personally review your account, examine the charges, and work with you toward a resolution.

Very dodgy
Very dodgy. I wanted to to try once their trait analysis expecting to pay 5 dollars (no other costs are mentioned during the process), but as you do the first payment with the credit card, you will then be charged additional 28.99. Now waiting for a refund… which I pretty sure will not come because 5 usd is for the subscription and 28.99 for the report, but you will understand this only at the end of the fraudulent process. By the way, I asked to be cancelled but they wrote me back to do this through the app…it no longer exists on Apple Store . Also through their website is impossible to cancel (“fetching plan” icon spinning indefinitely). Stay away
