I experienced issues with network compatibility, overall watch functionality, and the initial customer support process. Communication and resolution were slow at first.

However, after escalation, TickTalk’s marketing team handled the situation in a very professional way and resolved it by issuing a full refund. Because the issue was ultimately handled correctly, I’m updating my review to 3 stars.

👍 Ticktalk support and watches are superb! The support I've received has always been quick and helpful. My kids love their watches and we love the parental controls and security they provide. Totally worth every penny!

Ease of communication with video or audio calls and texts is a great alternative to a cell phone.

We have two watches. They work well. GPS and phone. Messaging. Our little ones have no problem understanding. I like the app.

The website was easy to navigate. This product compared to competitor's similar products, outshines them by far.

The service was very easy and quick. I was able to find what I needed and order very quickly. The watch phone Tick Talk 5 series is very easy for my daughter to use and very easy for her to put on the charger herself. I am able to use the app to set up everything I want for her safety and ease. Everything seems durable and well functioning. I'm so excited that they have invented such a great product.

We have had the watch for two weeks and it won't charge. I have reached out to support and waiting to hear back. We cannot use it while we wait. I ordered the charging base which hopefully will work but currently does not charge with the cable that came with it. About 40% of the time, the location is not accurate but then will be okay later in the day. I do like that we can call and text. We were liking it before it stopped charging.

Best option for young children on the market. Great customer service. Good colors and excellent GPS tracking capabilities. Love it and already bought my second watch for my younger son.

Ordered two watches and two charger stations on the 15th of June, very early in the morning , got confirmation of my order , however up until now , the 20th of June haven’t received any notification that watches have been shipped. When ordering I calculated that they stick to their word and the claim that orders would be shipped on the same day if order was made before 2 pm. I payed for FedEx delivery almost 50$, and it should have taken them 3-7 days to reach UAE. So watches might have arrived already by now. We are traveling next week and will be out of the country for almost two
months , so it will be impossible to receive the shipment , and I was hoping to have watches for our kids when we are abroad . Support email is absolutely useless and haven’t received reply from them , despite contacting them almost 3 days ago. Worst customer service saber and seems like a scam !!! Would never recommend ordering from them . Might contact my bank to withdraw the operation as well, as they are not answering emails, as iv they haven’t shipped order yet , I would need to cancel and get refund , as watches won’t reach on time . Hilarious and extremely unprofessional!

Too many weird features - It would be nice to disable some of the extras - greeting cards, noises, etc.

Also please find a way for text to happen with all contacts, not just those with the app. This is actually my biggest gripe.

GPS not super accurate - my kid was at school and it showed he was on the freeway

This watch is the best! It is not too expensive and gives you peace of mind to be able to reach your child anytime. It is easy to use, and the customer service is hands down the best! You always speak to a real person, and they are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this watch.

The battery sucks, doesn't even lasted more than 3 hours, the customer service is really bad, I waited on the chat for few hours with only 2 people in queue, Natasha needs to learn empathy and need to show productivity, post being connect on chat, she didnt even replied for 30 mins

It's impossible to contact their support. Their chat isn't available during the times it says it will be. Emailing just says I'll get a response in 48 hours. I also called but it went straight to someone's voicemail.

I ordered the wrong charging cord and they called me to check if I had made a mistake. Excellent service
