Well I havent gotten to the end with the issue I am having infact it's a little too early to expect me to give any type of a glowing review yet I havent even sent my unit in for repairs which it needs so far I will follow through un the end I promise

I purchased the Crescendo through a Touch of Modern. I was excited to try it. First of all, the instructions were pretty non existent and the app is worse. The buttons didn't work as they were supposed to. At one point, the phone showed it was paired, but it never showed actively connected to the Bluetooth. I'm looking to figure out how to return it. Extremely disappointed.

For a company that's apparently worth millions of dollars, they have a very poor handle on their products.
Bought a Crescendo when they first came out but unfortunately the charger was lost during a house move. Contacted Mysteryvibe about a replacement and the guys were generous enough to sent a whole new Crescendo (cheers for that by the way) but somehow shortly after arriving it broke just behind the first motor and the charger doesn't seem to work with the original one so now I'm stuck with 2 Crescendo's that don't work properly

As for Tenuto, I'm starting to wonder if it's a real product or just a scam to make a few billion dollars then disappear to the canary islands or somewhere similar and leave us all in the lurch.
Paid for mine in May 2018 with an estimated arrival date of Aug 18
Recieved an email in Aug stating that production was on track with an estimated arrival of late Aug early Sept.
September got another update saying that there were delays due to motor and battery parts being unavailable but are going to be shipping products out 1 week after they arrive.
Start of October another update, the parts have arrived but their factory was closed due to "Chinese Golden Week" and won't be opened again till 8 Oct.
Was supposed to be getting an address confirmation a week later but that didn't happen till the start of November.
March of this year I sent an enquiry as to the whereabouts of my order and got told that it was in the factory being made but wasn't due to be delivered until late May.
Start of October I finally received some communication from them stating that improvements had to be made between batches (even though mine was being made back in March apparently) and delivery date was supposed to be at the end of October.
It is now November and still no product.
I've seen Tenuto advertised on Amazon and according to the add even they don't know when it will be "back in stock" ("back in stock" to me tends to mean that they had some stock at some stage).
After reading reviews it seems that the only people that have actually received their order are the ones that complain about waiting since November last year. The only other reply to the complaints I've read so far is if they email Mysteryvibe and the guys with "check your order status"
I've never heard of a product that can take so long to be manufactured. It must be made out of 1 the rarest materials on the planet. 18 months I've waited for mine and still no sign of it. Starting to wonder if I even want it anymore or a refund. Pretty sure that it's not that good that it'll compensate for the time waiting and a refund won't either

This is without any assistance the most exceptional sex toy application by a long shot.
