This company is a scam. They issue a “7042” error and suspend your access without explanation or any recourse. Regular use will cause the suspension. Proceed with caution.

Der Support ist eine Katastrophe. Ich habe innerhalb der geltenden Garantie den Widerruf beantragt und wurde wochenlang mit Standardtexten abgefertigt. Jede Nachricht wurde ignoriert, stattdessen bekam ich immer wieder dieselben falschen Hinweise auf angebliche Apple Zahlungen, obwohl es eine Kartenzahlung war und ich die Rechnungsdaten mehrfach angegeben habe.
Mein Anliegen wurde nicht gelöst, der Service liest offensichtlich nicht einmal die Nachrichten der Kunden.
Ich kann diesen Anbieter weder empfehlen noch ernst nehmen.

After using the VPN for half a month, started running in to the 7040 error, after contacting support two times, the refused to help saying how it is my fault for not following their policy, which I suppose prohibits you from using the VPN on anything beside basic websites(no YouTube no Netflix nothing) as the only thing that I have used it for was YouTube, Spotify, and discord calls.

you cannot cancel your subscription on their website and must email them to get it canceled but must wait 24 hours mabye even longer. their whole site is built like a scam site and a money grab and their support is horrible

Mysterium VPN is a huge disappointment. The app barely works—whether it’s the Chrome extension, desktop version, or any device, expect poor performance and unreliable connections. Worse, their customer support is virtually nonexistent. I reached out multiple times about issues and a refund, only to get delayed, unhelpful replies after days of waiting, if at all. Their tone was dismissive and offered no real solutions.

I requested a refund within a reasonable time, but they ignored me until I filed a claim with my card provider. By day 8, they denied it, citing their strict 7-day policy—without even an email to explain. Instead, they deactivated my account, only reactivating it after I chased them for nearly a week. No accountability, just excuses.

This service is unreliable, and their support feels like a sham. Avoid Mysterium VPN unless you want frustration and wasted money.

I was having horrible issues with disconnected or even not even connecting to their app. They also are firm that I violated their "fair usage policy" which is the dumbest thing I've heard. I checked over their policy and it does not say anything against streaming Netflix with them. The main issue is the connection did not work for more then 1 day and then it was slow. I have made a dispute with my bank against them as they seem to be determined to not explain further. Scammers.

They outright refuse to give me a refund because I refused to explain how their service failed my application. Wake up!

They are scammers. It's written on the website that you can get your money back if you are not satisfied. I tried it, but all their IPs are terrible and have a fraud score of 80+. I tried it one day and am now trying to contact support but I think the support team does not exist. Please do not buy it ever.

Kurz getestet. Windows 11 und kein eiziger Server ist erreichbar. Das Abo kann man nur über den Support beenden der sich dumm stellt. Total unseriös!!!

Ich gebe mein 1&1 WLAN bzw. Internetvolumen frei, welches ich nicht verwende.
Die APK (MystNode App) war schnell geladen, installiert und läuft top. Belohnungen wurden auch bereits an mein Myst Wallet ausgezahlt. Eine sichere sowie sinnvolle App die wenig Ressourcen benötigt.

Firstly, it is impossible to connect using the Windows application. As soon as you try to connect, it takes forever and results in error code 1112. I have tried reinstalling, fixing network adapters and so on, but nothing works and there is no help available.

To at least try the service, I got the Android app and after checking several IPs via ipinfo.io, it became clear that this was false advertising.
So-called "residential" IPs are advertised, but almost none of the providers are known to offer residential services in Germany. In reality, you get easy to catch ISP IPs that will not bypass a good AntiVPN. The connection is also fairly slow compared to usual VPNs. I cannot recommend this VPN at all, any proxy will do better.

I hope to try and get a refund as this is not what you would expect from the claims.

network is good, ip quality is good, but soon you will run into 7040 error and not be able to connect due to using too much bandwidth and you will realize you barely used up any bandwidth and become afraid of getting blocked

if you use it lightly, go for it? but not sure how you can tell you are using it lightly because they won't tell you how much bandwidth you have

I'm new to this platform so I'm testing will see . If it's legit I will update my rating

Bon Vpn mais publicité mensongère lors de l'achat, il est écrit sur le site que le nombre d'appareils est illimité et ils le comparent avec d'autres vin en mettant en avant cet avantage qui est faux, 6 appareils maximum attention a cette publicité mensongère, je les ai contacté et ils m'ont dit qu'ils ne pouvaient rien faire ... et devaient changer il y a deux semaines leur site c'est toujours mensongé au jour d'aujourd'hui.
