I used to like those people MyStake I…

I used to like those people MyStake I made many good reviews but I have seen what others was talking about absolutely fraud and rubbish. When it's my turn to get my deserved cash back losses of roughly €200 it all changes. I always get my deserved and rightfully cash back on my looses and spend roughly £1500 now for some reason they are playing stupid any who's lost is it not mind because if you can't treat and be fair with a premium customer you lot can keep it absolutely rubbish you truly find out about someone or an organization when things are going good for you or when you win. 0/10 I will be taking my money somewhere else William Hill were i would rather because the a honest. So William Hill can get my thousands instead of this rubbish cheating site called Mystake

The scam website

The scam website. They cheated me out of 500 AUD, saying that my documents were forged. I recorded a detailed video of flipping through every page of my passport. They said it was a fake from the Philippine government. They're complete idiots.

10. ANTI-FRAUD POLICY

The Company has a strict anti-fraud policy and utilizes various anti-fraud tools and techniques. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including, but not limited to:

Participating in any type of collusion with other players;
Development of strategies aimed at gaining of unfair winnings;
Fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;

Chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;
Creating two or more accounts;

Submitting/disclosing documentation/information which may indicate fraudulent activity (more than one identified location, banking details, and other data);
Other types of cheating;

In all cases provided in this clause, the Company may at its sole discretion terminate the Account due to suspicion of fraud.

Trustworthy & fun. Good odds and a lot of options.

Genuine, trustworthy online casino.

Everything is just so easy, really decent odds, great feature where the 15% of 3 sports bets over £10 gets you a free bet. Casino and live games are super accessible and fun to play - payouts are honest and work as they should. Only downfall is that they aren’t quick to payout, it usually takes a couple of business days but if you can resist the temptation to cancel the withdraw it all works perfectly as expected, no scams and they have a good reward programme.

The only feedback would be to make the withdrawals much quicker, most casinos / bookies are in seconds / minutes.

After so many world wide changes of licences and even PokerStars thats not available for me anymore.and a few months of taking a break playing online. So I don't understand I've been a customer for a long time at them I play often and I always have the same problems in terms of pensions you have to know that the withdrawal in crypto they announce that the withdrawal is done in one day open I withdrew today at 6 am and usually when I withdraw In crypto always I receive the funds in an hour and now I'm told

Alors je ne comprends pas je suis client depuis longtemps chez eux je joue souvent et j’ai toujours les mêmes problèmes au niveau des retraites il faut savoir que le retrait en cripto ils annoncent que le retrait se fait en une journée ouvrez J’ai retiré aujourd’hui à 6h du matin et d’habitude quand je retire En crypto toujours je reçois les fonds dans une heure et là maintenant on me dit qu’il faut que j’attende trois jours ouvrés c’est n’importe quoi sérieux ce casino est une arnaque j’attends toujours mon retrait et à chaque fois j’ai les mêmes problèmes
