Honestly the biggest waste of money
Honestly the biggest waste of money, I could have picked a font on the computer and done a signature like this. Every single time you make a change it takes a week to get back to you. It’s been 3 weeks for a simple signature. It’s ridiculous. Absolutely wish I could get a refund because it was not worth it in my option at all. Very disappointed because I was so excited to finally have a professional signature and it looks like it was typed with a computer in a cursive font. Something I could have done for free. I finally got to the point I just chose the best of the worst so I could get it over with.

Additionally, after thoroughly reviewing our communication history, we observed that you were pleased with the initial versions of your signature. However, after subsequent modifications, you requested to finalize the signature creation process, which limited our ability to develop a more unique design for you.
We also want to remind you that all deadlines are clearly stated on our website, and we consistently strive to adhere to them. However, you can always request your personal manager to expedite the process if needed. Alternatively, you can always purchase an additional service to speed up the signature creation process.

From the start the person who contacted me was very professional and kind. She didn't make me feel rushed to make a decision right away at all and was open to my input at each turn. Was great full for their patience and professionalism. The signature and initials i chose came out great and just what I wanted. I'd highly recommend this team if you want an amazing product while being taken care of.

I ended up re-creating signature myself.
I requested 2-3 revisions, but I couldn't get the beautiful signature I envisioned.
Since I'm not a native English speaker, I used AI and searched online for signature sample images, providing detailed instructions down to individual characters.
However, each revision seemed to take me further away from my desired image, so I eventually gave up.
For reference, I chose the Calligrapher plan.
Perhaps a higher-tier plan would have yielded different results...
