The offer is not worth the price. Purchased most expensive option, added pictures of my own ideas and specifications, got very basic AI generated ideas of the signature. Almost the same as the option they let you choose from. Also, if you need to change your signature in 2 weeks, be ready that their responses will come within 4-5 workdays, so while you try to communicate, they will edge you to pay up to still offer generic AI signatures. I had a complex idea in my mind and understood that most of the website is AI generated, but took a shot to try it out expecting somebody to actually improve and retouch the AI stuff. Honestly, waste of money.

Ich bin super unzufrieden. Die gelieferte Unterschrift ist zwar okay, allerdings nicht praktikabel. Auf den Hinweis wird nur mitgeteilt, dass alles abgeschlossen ist und für 29$ noch einmal nachgebessert werden kann. Leider sagt die Unterschrift nichts über den Schreibprozess aus, der einfach nicht praxistauglich ist. Also bin ich gerade im Streitprozess zum Widerruf, der vom Unternehmen nicht akzeptiert wird. Super schlechter Service. Leider bin ich auf die Abzocke reingefallen.

I would normally give this service 5 stars, but I’m currently leaving 2 stars due to an unresolved issue. The signature tutorial and stencil uploaded to Google Drive were for the wrong name.

Because the stencil is essential, I’m unable to start practicing my new signature. I’ve contacted the company through their email but haven’t received a response yet.

I’m hoping this gets resolved so I can update my review.

The company has now resolved my issue and provided the correct signature tutorial and stencil.

Although there was an initial delay in communication and I had to follow up through multiple methods to get a response, they ultimately corrected the problem. I appreciate them taking care of it.

Because everything is now sorted out, I’m updating my review to reflect the resolution.

A wide range of styles of signatures to choose from. The creating and all personal adjustments take time, but it's worth it and feels professional. The only bad thing is that all the other options like a version only with intials or delayed creation of the signature are additionally charged and for a lot. But overall I think it's good.

Been really trying for years to be able to come up with a signature I would like and to be able to sign with. And thanks to these guys have managed to come up with a brilliant signature
