Got the Arsenal 91–93 bruised banana away shirt in a large. Quality is spot on. Arrived well packaged. Will definitely be ordering again.

Just don’t bother
Just don’t bother! Takes far too long for orders to arrive, I have waited nearly 3 weeks and still haven’t received an item that has been sent from London to Bristol… pathetically slow. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Hi George,
I hope this message finds you well. I'm puzzled by the negative review you gave us, claiming that we were rude to you, especially since there is no evidence of any such behavior in our email communication. Our delivery times are clearly stated on our website, and if you're dissatisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it. However, I kindly request that you refrain from making false statements about us. We are just a small business trying to make ends meet.
According to our records, there was an attempted delivery on June 23rd. However, it seems that the address you provided is incorrect. Could you please confirm your correct address by email so that we can send you a replacement?

Hi Bjørn,
Hope you're well. Yes, I have checked and your shirt is still in transit. Delivery takes anything up to 40 business days once dispatched for deliveries outside the UK. So, it's still in the allotted time since you ordered it. Please don't worry, hopefully you should get this in the next few days.
Kind regards,
Fake top’s absolutely terrible

Great shirts, poor order experience.
I basically totally agree with Mr Keagan Goodwin's review.
A lack of order confirmation (I didn't receive any order confirmation e-mail) therefore I didn't know if my order is on the way, ready to pick up or returned back to the sender.
But after communication with customer support everything was sorted out.
I didn't mind waiting a bit longer for the product (in the end it's a football shirt, not a heart transplant) – the only issue was I didn't know when to expect the order.
Regarding the product itself – absolute beauty! Totally worth the money and waiting. I will buy it again from them for sure. They just need to upgrade the back-end of their webshop.
If you don't mind wait a bit and bit of extra communication with the customer service – go for it!
