This is the second time I am writing the review, if myrent were not such an awesome company I wouldn't have bothered. It you are submitting your review via email, not Google etc, copy and past it as the whole lot will disappear as soon as you go to your email for the verification code.

We started using MyRent shortly after their conception. It takes all the stress our of doing the documentation, credit and reference checks. Inspections are a breeze using the MyInspections app. One of the qualities I admire most, being in my 60's, is how helpful, respectful and responsive their help desk personnel are. And they respect us enough to employ the time of real people to answer your questions or help with problems your experiencing. We probably would have given up renting altogether and done something else with our savings if not for MyRent.

Overall very good for finding new tenants. A bit confusing when it comes to drafting a tenancy agreement. Unclear if this is free or not.

What a great, well thought out software. I will be recommending this to everyone. It's really taken the stress out of renting out my first home. It's also cheaper to list via MyRent on TradeMe, than directly from TradeMe.

Myrent is a great app to use to advertise for tenants. User friendly & cost effective. Easy to set up open home time. Easy for tenants to find us as well. Happy with the result and happy to recommend to friends.

It's a very easy platform to use and makes the process of finding tenants a lot easier.

Once again we have successfully rented a property through MyRent. I love the fact that it's so easy to set up your advertising - they even have an automated tool that can write your description for you.
I always choose the option of the Trade Me premium listing - it gets you off to a good start. We had loads of interest - starting within the first couple of days of listing. The myRent system makes it easy to keep tack of the enquiries, bump applicants up to a short list and process the applications including doing tenant checks.
As yet I haven't tried the property management side of things, as we have our own existing system in place, but it looks like it would be quite good.
