Issues with tenant check caused me cost inconvenience and stress
I ordered a tenant check on 1 October. It never progressed but told me it was waiting on the applying tenant. I chased up that person and her phone showed that it was saying it waiting on the landlord! This delayed by 4 days getting the report. The report was so bad I had to reject the tenant and I had already prepared paperwork and plans for the new tenant to move in. This caused me a lot of issues. In fact 2 stars is too generous!
I also know that you won't publish this because people never publish reviews with low scores.

I’ve had a great experience with…
I’ve had a great experience with myRent. I manage my own rental properties and the platform has made the whole process much easier, from advertising and tenant applications to background checks, tenancy agreements, rent collection and bond management.
What I really like is having everything organised in one place while still being able to manage the properties myself. The support team has also been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed something adjusted.
Definitely recommend myRent to landlords who want to manage their own properties professionally without using a traditional property manager. 5 stars from me!
