Finger weg, ganz unseriöse Geschäftspraktiken: am 4.7.2025 Proteinpulver bestellt, und 6,49 € für „Lieferung am nächsten Tag“ bezahlt, da ich das Proteinpulver mit in den Urlaub nehmen wollte. Geliefert werden sollte dann laut Unternehmen am 7.7.2025. Auf Aufforderung, mir die zu viel bezahlten Portokosten zurück zu überweisen, kam ein lapidar Kommentar, bei Bestellungen an einem Freitag würde nie am Folgetag ausgeliefert. Das ist nicht zutreffend, beim angegebenen Versand steht jedenfalls: bei Bestellung nach (Donnerstag) 23:00 Uhr wird am Folgetag ausgeliefert. Das Geld wurde im übrigen kommentarlos genommen. Dass das nicht zulässig ist, kann jeder nachlesen: § 312j BGB – Pflichten im elektronischen Geschäftsverkehr:
Der Unternehmer muss dem Verbraucher unmittelbar vor Abgabe der Bestellung klar und verständlich die wesentlichen Merkmale der Ware oder Dienstleistung nennen.
Dazu gehört auch die Lieferzeit.

Update vom 7.7.2025: noch nicht mal heute wurde die Bestellung zugestellt, angeblich „ konnte diese nicht zugestellt werden“.
update vom 8.7.2025: das Unternehmen hat reagiert und das zu viel bezahlte Porto zurücküberwiesen.
Feedback zu den Produkten: sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis (qualitativ hochwertig).

Just received my 4th order super fast delivery product is very good will continue to order would like a discount sometimes for buying multi packs but very happy with my purchases

Misleading product and false advertising!

I ordered the “Advance Weight Gainer” based on their website description promising high calories and protein suitable for serious weight gain. However, what I received was a completely different product labeled “Hard Gainer,” with significantly lower calories, carbohydrates, and different ingredients.

This is not just a flavour difference it is a different formulation altogether. The company misled me by sending a product that does not match their advertised description.

I have contacted the seller, but they failed to resolve the issue properly. I will be filing complaints with consumer protection authorities.

Buyers beware! Do not trust this seller’s product descriptions.

I subscribed to their newsletter and received a welcome email offering 15% off my first order. I could not get the discount to work when I tried to order, so I had a "chat" and was eventually told that if an item is already discounted, I would not get the 15% discount. When I queried this in detail I was told my question was not understood. Conversation terminated. Totally misleading promotion! Will never buy from them!

Delivery was a nightmare and product is cheap for a reason. The quality and effect on the body is horrible. You get what you pay for.

I will no longer go onto this account as the whole experience has been a negative one and don’t wish to use the product or service.

Updated: Myprotein doing the token “please give us more information so we can help you” for all to see. Gave them the info. Haven’t heard from them. That’s just for optics.

Should be giving myself a bad review for giving Myprotein another chance. Last 2 times I ordered I waited 4 weeks and 12 weeks respectively for my orders. This time after waiting 4 weeks I emailed them and they told me my package was lost in transit. Got a refund but 🤷🏼‍♂️ useless service. Bulk powders will get my custom instead

36 Days and counting since placed order. Wasted hours using their chat messaging. Told order was dispatched, nothing arrived.
Then told replacement order dispatched, still nothing arrived. Then told orders were lost and offered refund but no refund arrived. Then told order successfully delivered which was untrue. Told refund was cancelled as order successfully delivered despite refund request predating false 'successfully delivery' message. Then told delivery had been marked as successfully delivered 'in error' and told order with courier for next day delivery and guess what, no delivery arrived. You could not make this level of incompetence/dishonesty up. DO NOT ORDER from this company (myprotein.ie). I suggest formal complaints to CPCC or UK/EURO equivalents. You should also contact your banks. I have been beyond patient with this company. Other supplement companies typically deliver within 1 ro 3 days. Give your business elsewhere. Incredibly poor given repeat business is almost guaranteed with supplement companies.

I used to shop here but then some smart guy came back and said he was modernizing something and making the website better, he made it totally confusing and unintuitive, for example finding contact email, searching for something very problematic, all promotions, all flashing, but then you find out that you can find their protein anywhere else for the same prices or cheaper without obstructions and problems, even the competition offers discounts and gifts, which then write when completing the order that they cannot deliver, in short, there is some problem with every order, ...For a while, something was still missing. I will not shop here again.

Is this a joke? I won't give you any specific information about the space here in a public space.
I wrote you everything directly from my account and your answers were always completely unconstructive and stupid, for example, to a complaint that a product that you always offered for free could not be added to the cart, you would answer me "yes, add the product to the order" simply the customer must be joking!
And what is really tragicomic is that all over the internet foreign companies are selling your products, which you produce yourself, even cheaper than your 50% "discounts". So I completely misunderstood the manufacturer's policy and its sales practices :-)

Super i loved

I have been getting charged by this company since November 2023 and only found out yesterday! Unbelievable. Apparently I signed up for this direct debit when using My Protein no I didn't! Why would I agree to giving a company money when getting nothing in return. I rang them and they can only refund you 3 months over the phone, they say they will send you a form to claim the remainder of the refund. From looking at other reviews the 3 month refund is an attempt to fob you off. That form they promise never gets sent. How can this be allowed! I would advise everyone to check your bank accounts, I do daily and still I didn't cop this transaction until yesterday. I would also advise to report this company to the consumer regulator and review them as well as the company you used initially when you inadvertently signed up for this! A complete scam, they must be making millions robbing people but there defence is we signed up for it!

EDIT: after posting this review, I was contacted by someone offering €15 for the inconvenience. They then emailed again to say they were closing my account so I never got a chance to use the credit. Insult added to injury. AVOID - they will not admit a mistake, will make you jump through hoops to get your refund and then insult you on top of that.

The quality of the products is good if it arrives, but online customer service is a nightmare if anything goes wrong.

I placed an order over a month ago, which was "delivered" by Evri. Couldn't find it in the porch, outside or with the neighbours.

Got onto customer service, they told me to fill in a form. I did. They then told me that my single order was actually two orders, and I needed to fill out another form, so I did. They then said I needed to send both forms together, so I did.

Then they ignored me for a fortnight before refunding one part of the order. Since then, I have been chasing them for a refund for the other, more expensive part of the order and they just ignore you.

Do yourself a favour, go into a shop on the high street and buy your protein.

Please do not use this company they steal your money refuse refunds even when the stuff is damaged but never got to see it. Poor delivery service via Evri paid for next day delivery. Phone lines are always closed, I hope this helps anyone else from being robbed prove me wrong and send my goods that I’ve paid for . To make things worse I’m riding for Gosh and the British Heart Foundation that is why I ordered from you thief’s

Was told I was getting 3 moths of free shipping and was being made pay for it.

Myprotein is always my first choice for supplements. Great quality at good price!

Was a bit dubious after reading the reviews..... but both my orders arrived perfectly , and in quick time.
One took 5 days (I wasn't in a hurry) and the other I ordered Saturday tea time and it arrived 11.30 on bank holiday Sunday, which is pretty impressive 👌🏾

Pathetic customer service, they don’t care!
My order (663112114) is the most disgusting and off putting taste product i have ever bought.
Been myself really into fitness and having been consuming creatine and protein for past 14 years i have never came across a more disgusting and and off putting taste ever!!!
Reported the issue to their customer service - via webchat as you cant speak with them - and i was told that since I opened the products i couldn't return it!!! What a scam, how can you report an issue if you dont open and try it.....what a perfect conning system they have "let us know if you like it, if NOT ...well you have opened it you cant return it now"!!!
The creatine was just powder with no creatine contents at all, was so badly treated it that wont even melt in the blender i always use for my shakes and mixing the protein chocolate powder was so sweet and bitter at the same time that clearly was stored for years and year and went off tasting nearly metallic flavour......most disgusting products ever tasted it, stay away people.
When reported to the highly qualified advisor he told me that he couldn't do nothing as i opened the package, how the hell you meant to try quality if you don't open it....but then again they knew the product was faulty as probably been produced in 2001 with good knows what ingredients.
Off putting, sour and metal tasting flavour protein powder (as they claim to be) and fake dust sold for creatine with a creatine contents of 0%!!!!
Stay away people, they clearly stealing as much money from whomever they can before retiring on holiday for life with UR money.
