SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!!
Stay as far away as you can from this company - they are theives!

I can't even give a review on this product. I ordered it in late October and as of January, still have not received it. I have shipping confirmation that it was returned to sender and they REFUSE to either send me a new one for free or refund me!!!

Their customer service is HORRIBLE. There is no phone # that works. They refuse to call and refuse to honor the free shipping that I was entitled to from my original order. To top it off, they will not TELL ME how much Shipping will be that I have to pay to get a replacement of the one I never received.

I think they feel if they give you the runaround long enough, you will just give up and let them keep your $55!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM! I'm certain the knockoffs are just as good with less hassle!!!

I ordered Printer Pid for my college student. First they would not ship to Alaska so I had the unit shipped to my brother in Kentucky. After 3 weeks in shipping I received a notice that it was “out for delivery”. The first and only delivery attempt was made 6 days later then I received a notice that the product was being shipped back to the warehouse. I contacted Printer Pod and have been getting the run around for weeks. Now they refuse to refund my money because they say “I refused delivery” and they will not respond to my requests to have another unit sent to me. The business is a scam, don’t order directly from the company. Order through a 3rd party seller like Amazon who takes care of their customers.

Mike was incredible! Went above and beyond to print my design to the exact requirements and he is so knowledgeable that I felt in safe hands. He can help with any design and will always put the client first. Flexibility, professionalism, top quality and expertise are all the words that I'd use to describe My Print Pod

MyPrintPod has been essential in our exploration of printing spare parts to repair items in our Repair Café when there aren't any available on the market. Mike has been passionate and generous with his knowledge and we're excited to explore more opportunities to keep things going for longer with printed parts.
