I am really impressed with docmail i use this service. to send all my mail cuts needing to go out i use it for personal and business use and fairly priced deilvered on time i sent my self letter and the cat it truly works

Rubbish service. Letter dated 28th August 2025 was delivered 13th September 2025. It referenced an appointment for a phone call on 10th September. Further, the letter references 'the call will come frm an unknown number'. Does this mean number withheld. The recipients phone blocks withheld numbers.

I received large print documentation from a government department which uses CFH to produce their correspondence. Routinely the large print versions take five weeks to arrive, but today - 13th May - I received a large print letter which was dated 11th March. In other words it took CFH EIGHT WEEKS to create a large print copy of a single page letter.

Shockingly poor service.

Really slow. Trying to send out letters, and it's taking approximately 20 minutes per letter. Horrible platform.

We started using Docmail at the start of this year and already it has had such an impact on our organisation. It has allowed us to become so much more efficient with our mailings, allowing us to focus more time on other projects. From the start, our relationship has been managed by Serena and she has given us some amazing customer service, guidance and advice, she is a credit to CFH!

Excellent service. We have used docmail for 4 years now. Looking for a means to deal with postal requirements at the start of the pandemic the set-up process was straightforward and the customer/tech support is probably the best of any IT company I've ever dealt with. We are not large scale users and our use is ad hoc single recipient rather than regular/bulk mailings but our experience has been great.

I have used the service since lockdown in 2020 to send weekly full colour photo postcards to friends, relatives and others to help keep their spirits up and bring some cheer to the week.
4 Years on, I'm still sending the cards and the people receiving them are enjoying them.
I find the process very straightforward and focus my time on preparing the picture..
* I drop the picture into a Template Word doc I have setup..
- adjust its size and change the wording ready for this week..
* then I upload the word doc, upload the address Excel spreadsheet..
* the system then mail merges the right addresses and salutations onto each card.
* I review the draft and maybe go back and correct some of my errors in the picture on the Word Doc..
* then push 'approve' and hey presto another set of cards are despatched.
This process, whilst it sounds daunting, is actually simple and I can create and submit a card in under 5 minutes if I have an appropriate picture ready.

It's also good value as the cost is far less than me printing them on photo paper and posting myself.

When I was first setting up, I ran into some odeties in the mail merge process and the support team helped me through the process (You have to clear/accept/stop the tracking of changes).

Oh and big hint.. don't use .DOCX of .XLSX - use the older .DOC and .XLS format documents.. - Things just work so much easier..

Odd that I have to pick a specific day/date for the review.. - I have used this service weekly since early 2020.!

We have used Docmail for several years - it's been reliable and consistent. The website could do with some modernising but on the whole happy with the service.

Simple to use and extremely reliable. We have never had a letter go astray.

The service runs without a problem in the background day in day out, and our 180+ customers each send thousands of letters per annum without a problem

Would highly recommend Docmail for any company wanting to make bulk mailing simple.!

Simply fantastic, I love Docmail! I use it for the odd letter as I don't have a printer and it's so convenient! It is cheaper to have a letter generated, printed, enveloped and sent first class with Docmail than the cost of a 1st class stamp in the UK.
I have used their customer service once and was not disappointed!
Please keep up the great work Docmail!

Docmail have been brilliant for me for nearly a decade. I use them to send Christmas cards, a newsletter for a friend, and the occasional one-off letter. Being based in Finland means this is the fastest, cheapest and easiest way to get physical mail to the UK. And even for the newsletter, sent to people in Finland, it's cheaper and easier to send via Docmail in the UK.

Women staff were really brilliant, patient and helpful when I couldn't upload my information. Just fabulous.

We are a local council and have used CFH Docmail for a number of years. The customer service from Nikki and Zoe are brilliant. The efficiencies have increased since COVID now more staff are working at home, not having to worry about sending post in the offices, product has an easy interface and ability to recall letters with a simple click saves a lot of staffs time and increase output.

SO EFFING SLOW!!! I WANT TO SMASH THE COMPUTER UP!!

We have used Docmail for a number of years now and love everything about it. We are a local council so can say they definitely cover all our needs. We always receive excellent service regardless of the size of the mailing. Their customer service is excellent and as such we have a brilliant working relationship with them. Nothing is ever too much trouble and any issues are always resolved quickly.

We are a Fostering Charity who have been using CFH Docmail to manage our outgoing mail since we made the decision early last year (2021) to operate without offices. We have mainly used the print driver which is reliable and effective method for us to send individual and bulk mailings with added documents when we need to. The transition to operating this way has been simple and the support and training we have received from CFH Docmail has been second to none. It's also amazingly good value and we are looking forward to developing our use of the web portal over the coming year. I'd recommend CFH Docmail to anyone looking for an outgoing mail provider.

We have used Docmail for some years now. It is simple, quick, cuts down on postage, printing and stationery costs and the helpline is exceptionally helpful on the rare occasions we have had to use them. We also have had our local Rep Michelle in a couple of times to deliver some excellent training as and when new staff have come along and to refresh longer term staff.

Docmail isn't just for the bulk mail shots. We use it for individual mailing as well.
