I’ve been on the site for only a few months and have had a great deal of opportunities to build a portfolio in photography. The platform is very secure and there’s help easily accessible whenever needed. I hugely recommend trying out MyPocketSkill!

Great messaging service! When you get a message in your inbox you also get a text and email which really helps to keep you up to date. Perfect site for finding tutors while also helping young people get a name in thier chosen area.

I have found some great jobs through this website and it has helped me to build a portfolio and get practise as a photographer whilst making some money.

We were able to find a wedding photographer through My Pocket Skill. I was a little anxious as I’d never heard of the website until I found it by accident, but the whole experience was brilliant. Secure payment, secure messaging, and we found a great university photography student who did a fantastic job on the day and has now shared a large portfolio of professional standard photographs, formal and informal. This is a great ways for photographers and young people with other skills to build experience and reputation, hope to use the site again.

Great place for young people to start earning money

We booked a photographer through MyPocketSkill, and we had a great experience. The moderation is a bit odd to use, but makes sense to protect the young people using this site. Would recommend!

As a young person it is really helping me find tasks to do and help me to connect with people who needs jobs to be done by a young person. Definitely would recommend it

This platform has lots of potential. It would help to be able to communicate via some kind of live video due to at times difficult instructions that could be conveyed instantly via a visual or and audio facility that would prevent the many backwards and forwards with messages.

Been on the program for just under a month now. I have really enjoyed my time so far and as a younger person it has been good to make some money and be able to think about money myself, also think about what i will do with the money and gain responsibility in finance.

The site is amazing for finding freelance work as a beginner. The community team upholds safety and security at a high level, and there is a clear effort to reduce the burden of traveling to gigs.
