Thank you for the empathy, kindness and care shown to me and my little cat Perdita, who was put to sleep on Saturday 2nd May.
At every point you provided me with the support to make her final hours and her passing as restful a gentle as possible. The Vet was amazing with her and stayed with me until the gentleman who came to collect her arrived. He was also so lovely with me and Perdita. The moses basket used to carry her and how gently she was handled after her passing was simply outstanding. You made organising the arrangements so much easier to deal with and knowing someone was on call there if needed put my mind at rest.
I can not thank you all enough.

The exceptional service provided ,made saying goodbye to our 19 year old cat Daisy at home easier .Laura ,the vet who helped Daisy on her final journey was exceptionally kind and sensitive and ensured that Daisy ended her life with dignity .Thank you .

Everyone from start to finish was lovely, compassionate and amazing. Our beloved cavalier Lenny had been suffering with MVD for a few years and the moment came when it was time for him to ascend. We chose home euthanasia. Everyone we talked to wanted to know about him, so it wasn't like some business transaction - it was all done in a very heartfelt manner. The vet who came to visit, Vinny, was absolutely incredible, asked about his age, what happened and gave us plenty of time to get ready. He passed on our bed incredibly peacefully, with me and my husband holding him. We chose to keep him with us overnight. The next day we had a lovely man turn up at our home, placed him carefully in a nice basket lined with soft undersheet of some kind. We are still waiting on our Lenny's ashes to come home, but I have no doubt that this will be handled well too. Communication from start to end, I cannot express our gratitude for how everyone handled a very tough time for us.

The team made the whole experience from start to finish really easy and I know they took great care of my pet. The ashes were hand delivered back to me in a lovely box with a touching card also. My pet was collected within 2-3 hours and the communication through out the whole process was amazing.

My beautiful boy left me recently. Leaving me heartbroken. After 15 long years of unconditional love. Its one my toughest time in my life. And my pet farewell, took care of everything from the first contact to the last. With great dignity and respect. Giving my dog the honour that he deserved on his passing

Picked up promptly but the return of the ashes took nearly a month,the return box was nice but the wait and lack of follow up to inform us resulting in us calling for an eta isnt great at a hard time.

Many thanks for your courteous, kind service when my cat passed away. My Pet Farewell acted promptly when I called & were very kind. The gentleman who arrived at my home was respectful & gentle when handling my lovely cat.

The person that collect our dog was very respectful. I read a comment about not receiving a call when they are on their way, and I didn't but I was told a time and the person arrived at that time, so being called was not a problem. I received a call about my pet coming back to me, and I didn't realise it was through the post, but it was a secure overnight delivery, or £30 extra for your pet to be hand delivered back. The company was organised well and respectful. It was the first time I had to do this and they made the process easier. Thank you.

Everyone I dealt with was kind and understanding. Our beloved dog was treated with respect when collected and returned in secure and tasteful packaging. The firm made a very difficult situation as easy as possible. I should also mention that the cost was reasonable and although I did not have the money immediately available they were very kind and allowed me time to pay whilst still taking my pet away. I would recommend the firm to anyone who wants their pet to be treated with respect.
