My daughter had a hoodie from this company with a printed logo. They printed the logo back to front!!!
They asked her to send them a photo of the garment, which she did. They are now ignoring all her emails & refusing to do anything about it. I would not recommend anyone to use this company. They are ill mannered & unreliable.

Ordered a jumper and t shirt on 28/01/21. It's now the 24/02/21 and I have still not received anything. After waiting just over 2 weeks I emailed the company mpc on the 10.02.21, a lady named Jennifer messaged me back the following day to comfirm the items should be with me the following week. I waited patiently for the week to go by still nothing, It's now the 24/02/21, 13 days after the promised date and I have not received anything I have attempted to send 2 emails to which both were ignored and not responded to.

I'm now going to contact my bank to see if there is a solution to get my money back for this undelivered item.
I honeltly had faith as the first time I ordered last year my item was received so there was no need for me to doubt it this time, however I feel I have been completely cheated this time.

I'm not a unreasonable guy however on this occasion the lack of communication on the companies behalf has been extremely unprofessional.

I have had a completely different experience from this company. I've used MPC for both work and personal orders, and never had a problem.

The worst company ever!
I paid for express shipping ( 3 days) and after 5 days is not here yet I tried to call their number so many times but they don't answer. I sent them lots of emails and they don't answer. Stay far from this scum!

Awful scamming company. TP Graphics is what he trades under and looking at company house racks up the money dissolves the business and starts a new one must be 10 or so ‘t shirt printing’ businesses under the name that’s dissolved

Scammers, they're doing to me the same what they did with everybody, I regret not checking Trustpilot before ordering.
Update: After facing the problem of them not replying to me neither by email or call, I called my bank, and opened a dispute on the transaction, as soon as the dispute was established, MPC replied on me and sent me the T-shirts the next day. The T-shirts seem good, I just wish their service was not terrible.

They are simply scummers, ordered the 3/1/2021, today is the 30/01/2021 and I never received the items. As the others reviews, they don’t answer tot what email. I will report to paypal and to the police. Avoid them at all cost.

This was originally a very negative review with a much delayed order and little response to emails and phone calls.

Anyway my original order did eventually turn up and a subsequent order was delivered within a few days - so hopefully they are back on it now (previous orders have also been ok too) the product has always been good and now hopefully the service will match ?

The most awful experience I have ever had with a company. There are two numbers available for them (they sell under TP Graphics also). Order placed on 7th December with 7-10 day delivery date. Order had still not arrived after 12 days so I sent an email to the company. I did not receive a reply. I tried again, no reply. I then tried calling the company and the lines rang and rang until a voicemail every time. I then raised a dispute with paypal which required me to give them until 12th January to respond (benefit of doubt). When they did not, Paypal then gave them until 18th to act upon the dispute and send my products. The company waited until the 18th when they finally said the item had been dispatched (more than late for Christmas, but better late than never right?) and provided me with a tracking code for Royal Mail. When inputted, this tracking code shows that Royal Mail have STILL not received the item. Scumbags. And the reason why the FEEFO reviews on their website look so good is because you only get an invite from the merchant ONCE they have completed a sale with you - so everybody else who they steal money from and do not send out products to do not get invited to leave reviews, convenient :)

Company does not reply to emails, orders take longer than stated and horrific customer service, don’t bother ordering anything from here as i doubt you’ll receive your item just like me

Ordered a large order in November, I paid extra for express delivery which is 3-4 working days, I have emailed them several times and all I got was one single email saying my order was leaving them in early December. I’ve contacted them a further 4 times by email, also by phone and no answer. I’m going to try get a refund but the looks of things that’s also hard. Do not order from here!!!

Placed a large order and never received it...they do not answer emails or the phone. I managed to talk to someone via the chat function who kept promising that the order would be delivered and it never did.
I had to go through PayPal to get a refund on my money! I got a refund for one order and still waiting on the second refund.

Awful! Ordered weeks ago, only arrived 18 days later. The products I received were both incorrect! One was not the style T-shirt I ordered therefore not appropriate for who it is needed for, second be had the wrong print on it. All in all got scammed out of my money for items I didn’t order. Only to then be constantly ignored by email and phone. To add to this Once they did reply once after weeks of getting in touch, I replied asking for a refund or replacement and then my email was blocked. Awful company, awful printing (was also damaged and ripped from folding for packing).

Absolutely Poor, bought a hoody end of November, paid for express delivery 5 working days, by 14th December nothing had arrived, contacted them asked for a cancellation and refund which they claimed to have done but as of yet still no refund and its 3 days. Also for them to cancel it so fast it means that after 3 weeks they hadnt even attempted to send it. I live in Luton, i could have actually walked there and back to pick it up in the time it took them to even respond. Shocking, dont buy from them.

I had no problems with the order except that the acknowledgement of the order was junk filtered.. Check your junk filter!

I ordered a hoodie as a gift as I was recommended this company.
The ordering was all fine and went through and then I got an email saying that the colour is selected was not available for the hoodie I had chosen.
I was fine with this although a little annoyed that the website had allowed me to pick and hoodie and colour together.
I was given a list of colours the hoodie came in to which I picked black. I then got another email stating that colour was out of stock.
I then had to ask for a refund as I didn’t want another colour. I felt that nothing was offered to help or keep my custom. Just literally sorry that’s not available. I just felt it was a complete disaster and I wasn’t made to feel like my order was important to them or anything. And why let you pick a colour that isn’t even available in a specific hoodie or garment.

Never received my order. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. No answers to emails, customer service line rings for a short time and then hangs up on you. Needless to say I would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. Would rate this company 0 out of 5 if I could.

Do not order from this company. Order never received. Have emailed numerous times with no response and have also tried phoning, all I got was a recorded message advising that no one was able to take the call. This is a scam.

Very happy with my t-shirts. I chose the gildan softstyle and I’m very happy with the quality and fit. Print quality of my logo is great and shipping was speedy (I paid for the express option). Overall very happy with my order and thoroughly recommend.

Do not order - SCAM! 6 weeks no order and no response!
Please do not send your money to this company. We have only got our money back Via Paypal, which they didn't even bother to respond to!

We made an order on the 31st august - order #206768 . This order still has not been dispatched. We have emailed at least 5 times, no reply. Used the contact us form, again no reply and we have also been on the webchat. Only getting a response when I didn’t use the order number straight away and by using a different name. The service received has been absolutely shocking.

When we used a different name and finally caught someone on the online chat we were lied to to say our order would be shipped on Friday for delivery on Monday latest which it clearly hasn’t. The one time I actually managed to talk to a human and it was a lie.

They didn't even bother to respond to the PayPal dispute, please save your time and money and do not order from here.
