They had my express order cancelled so I can place a new one without telling me that I won't get it on-time now and talking to Kasa felt like talking to a frustrated employee who couldn't care less about customer or their concern. Never ever coming back...

The branded product I purchased was by far not the cheapest on the market, however, it is very apparent as to why that is. When my product arrived, which was on time and quicker than anticipated, it was very apparent why C2O are not the cheapest, the quality surpassed all y expectations and the embroidery was excellent. I am over the moon with my purchase, which is now my 2nd and I will be ordering again at some point. Thank you.
