Well worth it!
It seem like a wonderful product so far. I bought it after a thermography appointment and I also showed it to my dental hygienist at my cleaning today. She was very impressed. It has a nice feel in the mouth, no bad taste or odor. I've been using it morning and evening.

As for the GumRevive Gel, it's completely optional, the device works fine without it and there's no harm in skipping it, though many find it enhances the results. Also, the full user manual and the charging cable are actually included in the box, they're tucked underneath the plastic tray where the device sits, so they may have been easy to miss at first.
