Great customer service
My MyoChill stopped chilling, but it was within the warranty. They tried to troubleshoot with me first, but when that failed they sent me a replacement next day delivery. Rachelle was excellent, great customer service. I’m back to my early morning routine 🥶- love it!

Absolutely love my MyoMaster infrared sauna. It’s very well made and heats up very quickly. I’ve noticed a real difference my in recovery and general wellbeing after using it regularly. Great value for money. Highly recommend.

We got there, eventually!
First delivery was prompt, polite and fast, but the sauna did not work. Calls and emails to the support line were fielded by Grace, who had an obsession with demanding a video rather than trying to help, but sanity was restored when Sandra stepped in. Parts were dispatched and the sauna worked.
It does take 45 minutes to get the temperature up to 65, but from there it is pleasant and therapeutic. The only problem is, being 78, I have difficulty sweating!

I had high hopes for this company
Reading the positive Trust pilot responses leaves me totally confused at my experience in relation to many others.
I had extremely high hopes for this company which have not been met at all.
Having looked at the specifications on the ice bath and chillers i decided to go for the myo freeze and myo chill + as i wanted the water temperature to get as low as possible and the main selling point was not having to change the water for up to 8 weeks.
The unit arrive promptly and setting it up was not an issue. I set it up in the garage in February the internal temperature most of the time was around 7-10 degrees.
Before every use i would have a shower to remove contaminants. My routine was to use it one day on and 1 day off for about 10 minutes. Not exactly heavy use.
The unit would run for 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to use and same when i had finished, even on a non use day i would run it just to make sure everything would stay clean.
On the first cycle of use the water was cloudy and starting to smell after only 2 weeks, I wondered if it had done something wrong, i drained the water, even from the pump and cleaned everything thoroughly and fit new filter. Built it back up, filled and tried again.
Same result, after two weeks it was starting to smell like a fish pond.
My thoughts were that the ozone wasn’t working. Simple fix for a company that only deals in a few products and since this is one of there staples i thought they could just send me a new part out.
A few other problems had also occurred such as the unit intermittently not switching on from the app, the fact that not even when the garage was at 7 degrees would it chill below 4 degrees, even if let running for 24hours. Plus a few other things. The unit is very disappointing. It has not delivered on any of its marketing, doesn’t keep water clean for 8 weeks and doesn't chill to 1 degrees.
However, it’s possible that my chiller is just faulty. I just wanted it sorting, easily and in a timely manner.
This is where the real problem started. I sent an email about 5 weeks ago stating my issues and that i believed the ozone wasn’t functioning. After many days i got a response, i was asked for videos and evidence which i provided that day and then nothing for 4-5 days. Then i get asked for more information. Then another 4-5 days between emails and this is how it continued. You are lucky if you get to trade 2 emails a week, on one email i had to wait 7 days to get a response.
This is very poor customer service, i also called on the phone and because a certain person was dealing with my case nobody else could do anything i just had to wait to see when the next email would arrive.
After weeks of snail’s pace correspondence i was offered a replacement, i initially accepted and asked how long it will take to get a replacement but they took so long to respond i emailed back to let them know that i have lost faith in there product but mostly i have lost faith in the company.
Things go wrong i accept that, its how a company puts it right that shows you the quality of them. This is with out doubt the worst customer service i have dealt with for a company with so much promise.
To this day my issue isn’t resolved, i was sent an email earlier this week stating that she would send me a returns label and asking for what day works best for me. I said this Friday or Saturday.
Guess what it’s Friday today and i haven’t received an email from her yet.
The situation is laughable.
I get loads of emails each week promoting there products, if only there customer service was as good as there marketing.
Whats not funny though is that the whole purpose of the ice bath was to add to my wellness regimen, but Myomaster has just brought stress and disappointment.

Great customer service
I contacted Myomaster with regards to my invoice because the price quoted didn’t match the price on the website. I explained that I had a discount code and by return Marion at Myomaster had amended the invoice to reflect the discount. Absolutely no problems at all. Very good customer service.

Don’t buy an outdoor sauna from Myomaster
Don’t buy an outdoor sauna from Myomaster. We took delivery of our lux sauna in January. Initially it had a leaky roof as it had been constructed incorrectly. To be fair the company rectified that. But in less than 3 months the varnish has weathered so much that less than half the wood has any protection and at some points the wood is so badly split it requires filling. Myomaster say this is normal wear and tear. Oh and apparently the ‘heats up to 100 degrees in 15 minutes’ claim is only met on very hot summer days. Ours heats to 70 degrees in 30-40 minutes and can get up to 80. Plenty warm enough but not as advertised.

MYO IR Sauna
Easily the best purchase I’ve made in my adult life. We use the sauna daily to wind down after work or after exercise and it’s just a part of our daily routine now. I had to contact MYO to delay my delivery as I was away and they sorted it with ease. Took less than an hour to build by myself. Just need to save up now for a Sauna Lux for the garden.

I purchased the Sauna Lux and ice bath…
I purchased the Sauna Lux and ice bath with chiller bundle in November 2025. I explained at the time that I was waiting for a decking area to be built and asked if they could hold it until completion, which they confirmed they could.
There were a few details I queried at the start around support dimensions and cable entry as I was doing the build myself, and they were great in supplying all the information I needed.
It took longer than expected to complete due to the weather, but it was delivered last week and they held it for around 5 months as promised, which I really appreciated.
Delivery was smooth, and the two guys who fitted it were really friendly and worked hard to get it set up, even in the rain.
I’ve only had one issue, which was with the lower bench support—it seemed to split as I climbed up onto the top seating area. I emailed customer support with photos and a video, and spoke with Grace who sorted a replacement straight away, no hassle.
I’ve already used both multiple times. The sauna heats up quickly and gets seriously hot—it’s a solid product that really puts out the heat.
The plunge pool is great, very sturdy and bigger than most baths. The chiller is quiet and works well, keeping the water cold and clean.
MyoMaster have done really well and I’m glad I spent my money on their product.

I had a problem with the pump not…
I had a problem with the pump not drawing water through after the winter lay off of the chiller unit. The support was excellent,particularly from Rachelle. I got it flowing by disconnecting the end that goes to the chiller with it turned on. Sucking the water through by mouth and quickly reconnecting the pipe while it was running.

Frustrating to say the least
Frustrated customer.
As a household we’ve ordered an ice bath and a hose connector and neither order has been fulfilled on time or correctly. Initially the ice bath pro was delayed and we were contacted by a random company which didn’t appear legitimate. It was finally resolved but I’d recently ordered the hose connector which was showing available online and I’m still waiting. I called customer services after not getting any response after multiple mails, I got a half attempt at an apology and when I said about no response I was told along the lines of ‘the email system doesn’t always work’. Extremely poor from a company who is advertising everywhere and heavily weighing on the dragons den dialogue.
Save your energy and wasting your time and spend your money on another company who has an actual supply chain set up. I really can’t see myself buying anything else or recommending MyoMaster to anyone.

I bought a myo chill last year
I bought a myo chill last year. It developed a fault and they were super helpful. Sent a replacement item. I didn’t have to go through the faff sending back a heavy broken bit of kit . Thanks to Rachelle. Would definitely recommend this company.

The MyoSauna Infrared sauna
The MyoSauna Infrared sauna was delivered and took us less than an hour to assemble. There were a few awkward parts to fit together but we got there. The whole family are so pleased with the sauna and it's getting a lot of use. It takes about 10 minutes to warm up and you can connect to speakers via Bluetooth to play whatever sounds you prefer. It is compact and doesn't take up much room. The value for such a well thought out and designed product is very good when comparing others in the market. The family are enjoying the health benefits already, long may it last.

Sauna quality and build experience
The Sauna build experience was not at all good.
1. Build attempt number one
It was not possible to build the sauna as there was a key roof panel missing. This meant that the sauna was left in an incomplete state that included no roof built or roof tiles thus leaving it exposed to the weather with rain forecast. I had booked an electrician for the following day who I had to cancel at my expense.
2. Build attempt number two
They arrived with a panel but it was the incorrect part and left without doing anything. Electrician cancelled again at another cost.
3. Installation attempt number three
Again they arrived with the incorrect panel. The instructions given by their warehouse manager was to try and cut the panel to try and fit the gap. The build was completed albeit with a gap in the roof.
4. Other issues since build.
The sauna heater repeatedly 'shorted out' when turned on. I had to call the electrician out who found loose connections within the heater.
The thermometer has two cracks.
There are other chips in the sauna panels that were shown to me by the build team, these are fairly minor in nature.
