I purchased a cold plunge pool that is now faulty leaking after a couple of months , and trying to get it resolved has been a nightmare. Customer service has been slow, unhelpful, and keeps avoiding giving a clear answer instead of simply replacing the broken item.
It feels like they’re deliberately dragging things out rather than taking responsibility. For a product at this price, the lack of support is unacceptable.
Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere.

I can't praise MyoMaster enough and…
I can't praise MyoMaster enough and especially Marlon for his excellent help and assistance. I had a problem with my lid and chiller - he asked for a video of each and as soon as I sent, I received a new lid and chiller the next day. Very clear communication and quick responses and the products are of great quality.

For the price this is a great product…
For the price this is a great product (Myomaster infrared sauna). Have started using on a regular basis (every other day) and already noticing the differences in sleep quality. Early days yet but looking at how to build into other aspects of training and routine. Deffo need to get an ice bath to compliment this.
Would have liked a bit more consistency between online assembly instruction video and the guide/screws provided as some confusion when putting together but nothing to prevent a relatively speedy assembly.
Overall pleased with this, still early days so hope it will last a long time and make a positive difference to all of our lives.

Such a disappointment
Such a disappointment. This is my first ever negative review for any product or service, but I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid the same situation.
I first came across Myo after seeing Loti speak at an event I was involved in. I was genuinely impressed and inspired by the company’s values and journey. The marketing videos were excellent, and I was completely sold on the idea of owning a luxury sauna and ice bath. I placed an order totalling nearly £6,000 — unfortunately, this marked the end of my positive experience.
Within a few weeks, several items arrived, including the ice bath, dry robe, mat, and chiller. However, due to space constraints, I couldn’t assemble anything until the sauna was installed first. I also needed an electrician present to complete the full setup in one go.
Despite the “48-hour delivery” claims in the marketing, the sauna took three months to arrive. When I contacted customer support for updates, the responses felt like copy-and-paste replies — vague and non-committal. In the final weeks, they attempted to appease me by offering free filters, which never actually arrived.
When the sauna finally turned up, the quality was extremely poor. The timber was rough, with splinters that needed sanding throughout. Several pieces were split or damaged and required repair. Varnish had run onto internal surfaces and needed sanding back, and parts of the exterior hadn’t been treated at all. Fortunately, I have joinery experience and was able to fix these issues myself, but this clearly points to serious quality control problems at the factory.
I then assembled the ice bath, only to discover a small tear at the top. Myo’s response? “Buy some glue and fix it yourself.” I explained that it had arrived defective and had only just been set up due to the delayed sauna delivery. Their reply was that since the ice bath had been delivered over 60 days ago, they would not honour the warranty — and I should fix it myself.
If I could go back in time and keep my money, I absolutely would. The company appears to be growing too quickly, at the expense of customer care and product quality, while continuing to invest heavily in marketing.

Great Company and Products
Bought an ice bath and chiller a few months ago, service was great and delivery on time. I had an issue with the pump after a few months and they have replaced it without any issues. Really good company and the ice bath and chiller are great quality and chill the water effectively.

Communication and delivery were prompt
Communication and delivery were prompt. We paid for the sauna to built by our carpenter, a little tricky but he got there. Definitely a two man job. The sauna heats up quick and has become a must do routine after my training at least twice a week. It doesn’t take up much space, a perfect accessory to my training.
Would definitely recommend.

I am really so happy I invested in my MyoMaster sauna.So far two weeks in I have used in every day.First off before bedtime better sleep, for sure. I have also used it first thing in the morning As a kick start. Ps I am 72 next birthday I walk a lot each day with my dogs and the sauna is now part of my daily routine.

I have purchased a number of items including the Sauna and the ice bath which i have had over a year, iv since had a few minor issues as expected but the issues have been resolved so fast, i dont know of any other customer service as good as this highly recommended and well done My master

Great experience buying from myo…
Great experience buying from myo absolutely love my new sauna and it's been a great purchase I had a steam sauna for around the last 3 years which I used 3/4 times a week but wanted something to help with recovery from daily workouts and to aid recovery ....the build quality is faultless and very easy to put together 20 minutes or so the finish is top notch and have already recommend this sauna to friends all in all I'm very very happy with my purchase

After a bit of confusion with contact, customer service was excellent when we finally got there. Grace was very helpful and had some suggestions to try but alas after 4 years of use my myo lite battery has stopped charging. I was offered a discount code as well so have just ordered another one. Great little massager, highly recommend 👍

From start to finish, the service has been exceptional. I placed my order and the sauna arrived within five days. Delivery communication was spot on, and the sauna came neatly packed in five boxes. Once unboxed, it took me around 30 minutes to assemble. The YouTube guide walks you through it clearly, and the written instructions are straightforward I did have some minor damage to the dust cover, but it was replaced immediately without any hassle. The communication from the team
- both about the replacement and the follow-up on the product - has been outstanding.
I'm genuinely delighted with the sauna, the service, and the whole experience. If you're on the fence about ordering, I'd strongly encourage you to go for it. You won't regret it. Huge credit to Myo for creating a brilliant product backed by an even better customer service team.
10/10 - I would, and definitely will use again.

Ice bath and Sauna
Ordered an ice bath, chiller and sauna in a bundle. Everything arrived within a week and was very easy to set up. I’ve been going a daily morning cold plunge and evening sauna session since and it has given me such a wholesome daily routine. I feel physically and mentally stronger, less achy, and I fall asleep within minutes - which is something I’ve struggled with for my entire life. The sauna is incredible value and is such a joy. I look forward to it everyday. The ice bath not so much, but it’s usually how good I feel afterwards which makes it worth doing.
