Ik had een regenjas besteld en speciaal een grotere maat besteld, omdat je er weleens een truitje onder draagt. Veel te klein geleverd.
Meteen contact opgenomen dat de kwaliteit zeer slecht was en de jas veel te klein.
Eerst kreeg ik de tip om de jas open te dragen. Ja ja, een regenjas.
Toen ik daar niet akkoord mee ging en het adres vroeg waar de jas naartoe retour gestuurd moest worden, want een adres was nergens te vinden, kreeg ik bericht dat ze hem niet terugnamen en ik geen geld terug kreeg.
Ik had dus binnen een dag na ontvangst gereageerd, maar kreeg nul op rekest.
Schandalig, dit is pure oplichting. Koop er nooit! Wees gewaarschuwd.

My experience was similar to the other reviewers. The BBC programme Rip of Britain on Tuesday 27 Jan 2025, revealed that there are many similarly manufactured goods being sold on line, from what looks like UK sources. The website had no indication of the origin of the coat I bought. The head office was stated as being located in London. The coat I ordered was for myself with the size I am usually confident fits me (note they don't provide measurements of what their sizing actually means). The website page displaying my item detailed items could be returned without reason. Accessing their terms for return made no reference to a return to China.
The coat was far too small for me and the quality was not I expected.
After much chasing for a response to my email request for a return and providing photos to demonstrate it was in its original condition, I was eventually told I would have to return the item to China via a tracked source. Upon their receipt they would decide if a refund was due. The cost of return made it inappropriate to return. I contacted Halifax Visa to detail my experience. Their view was that the company hadn't done anything contrary to Visas rules. They did say that if I returned the goods and the costs were closed to my purchase price, they might be able to help. I wasn't prepared to take the risk of doubling my losses.

Don’t buy from them for your own peace of mind.

Ordered two jumpers. The company address is given as London so I thought they’d be okay. The tops arrived after 2 weeks, both fleece & made in China, terrible quality and nothing like the pictures. If I wanted cheap rubbish I’d have ordered from Temu for less than half the price!!

I’ve sent pics to them and received a reply but the cost of returning to China is more than what I paid for the items!!! I think they’re doing this to put people off returning items.

They’re registered as a London business so you should be able to post back to their “registered address”. I’ve started a chargeback with my credit card so the transaction is on hold until reviewed.

Wish I’d read these reviews first! I specifically ordered from them as their address is in London and the Netherlands. They’re using pics from another site to advertise too! Don’t order from them & please INITIATE A DISPUTE WITH YOUR BANK, CREDIT CARD COMPANY OR PAYPAL. They need to be stopped!!!

I purchased 2 jumpers just prior to Christmas, the quality was ok but the size was at least 2 sizes smaller than you would expect, when you look at their web site they claim to be a UK company but if they were honest and put Chinese company you would probably upsize, I have emailed for returns or exchange but have received zero response, Don't get caught out they do not have a bad rating for nothing.

Complete scam!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I ordered 2 Jackets £53 each, size L, when they eventually arrived , they were of very poor quality like something you would buy from a market, and the sizing was very small more like a small with very short sleeves, I was lead to believe this company was Dutch but the jackets come from china! When I Emailed them I was told to send multiple photos before they would send the return address.
The cost to return was £33 and the post code they gave with the address had 30 at least addresses with the same post code and not one of them was the address they gave me.
I have lost £106 and decided to give the jackets to charity rather to send them to Timbuktu! So don't waist your time and money on this site!

Up date on previous review. After a lot of trouble getting an address to send jacket back through the new E.Mail address to get the refund. I'm sent an address in China. Which they expect me to pay the postage. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Placed an order over three weeks ago that was expected on 3 Jan. Still not arrived. Tried to email them twice for a refund and email is bouncing back.

Has ANYONE had a refund from this company please ?..as stated earlier phone dosent exist.

I purchased a fleece hooded jacket for £44. The quality wasn't quite befitting of the price tag, but the bigger issue was the small sizing. I'm normally an XL, so I sized up and purchased a 2XL, but it was still incredibly tight fitting.
The return process is too complex, having to email your request, they take several days to get back to you asking for additional information and photos, and then take several days more to come back to you after you provide that. And then you have to return the items to China at your own expense. The return postage cost is more than half the cost of the goods purchased, so I'm a little wary of spending that much money, not knowing if I'll actually get a full refund, a partial refund, or nothing at all.
So my recommendation would be to avoid using this company overall.

We bought a ladies leather coat which when arrived after Christmas which should have been a surprise present for Christmas didn’t meet the specification it is synthetic. We have asked for a return code to send it back numerous occasions with no response. Typical cowboy company do not use this website .

Didn’t get any confirmation of my order then checked Trustpilot and thought I’d been scammed. Order has arrived though. A coat I paid £44 for. I know it wasn’t a lot but the quality of the item is quite poor and I’m not sure I’ll wear it. Would not recommend buying anything from this website. On a positive note though they have replied to my emails asking for an update.

This company do not answer emails, do not pick up the phone and clearly don’t care about their customers.
The jumpers I bought were an awful blend of synthetic yarn which was not at all warm. The cut across the neck line was bad and didn’t sit properly ( I am a normally - shaped women size 12-14.) I bought large knowing the Chinese are tiny people. That would have been okay had the jumpers been of reasonable quality. Don’t buy form this company. I am still £48 out of pocket and little short of going to China, no sign of a refund despite having sent jumpers back three weeks ago.

Item ordered for Christmas & arrived in time…so that was a positive. However the item (an XL sweater for Male) was so tiny it barely fitted my 15yr old son so I have to return.

Having contacted them, as per their returns policy, they are now stating I have to return the item to China, postage payable by me, how completely ludicrous, although the top was £40 which is not cheap, no doubt what I have to pay to cover postage & then it will probably go missing in transit too…what’s the point.
Don’t bother ordering from this website, not worth the hassle.

Really should be zero. I never received the item I ordered from this company for Christmas. I ordered it 05 December 2025. They took money, but no order received. The email doesn't exist from the company. They are a scam, I will be taking this matter further. Warning ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ KEEP AWAY THEY ARE CON PEOPLE

I had no idea from the website that I was buying an item that was coming from China and feared the worst when reading the reviews. I ordered a cashmere jumper on 2nd December and it arrived on 18th. The jumper looks fine and is the size I ordered. Phew!

It's a scam, do not buy from this page.

Ordered to Receipt took over 3 weeks.
Ordered XXL - garment received cannot even be a small - absolutely ridiculous.
Contacted 2 my ail addresses to arrange a return - impossible - both mail addresses aren't recognised / don't even exist.
One of these addresses is their customer service contact.
The other address was the original order confirmation address . . . even this wasn't recognised.
Do not order from the is a company - an absolute scam.
