Ordine eseguito per tempo e prodotto arrivato in buone condizioni ma purtroppo quando ho voluto restituire il prodotto perché non mi piaceva hanno rifiutato il reso adducendo come scusa che non fanno resi su prodotti in sconto.

Esperienza pessima sotto ogni punto di vista. Questa camicia è stata un acquisto completamente sbagliato: il tessuto è di qualità imbarazzante, sembra plastica più che cotone. È ruvido, sottile e per nulla traspirante.
Le cuciture sono deboli e mal fatte.
Come se non bastasse, il colore è totalmente diverso da quello mostrato nelle foto: spento, poco uniforme e dall’aspetto economico. Dal vivo sembra un capo vecchio e scolorito, ben lontano da ciò che viene pubblicizzato.
In sintesi, un prodotto scadente sotto ogni aspetto. Non riesco manco a regalarla,talmente di pessima fattura.

Fitsclassic is a scam, buyer beware! Ordered a jacket using their size guide at it was not even close to accurate. The color and the material (100% cotton) advertised were inaccurate. The material was polyester and the color was much lighter and no texture as advertised. The 30 day return policy was a scam. They communicated a warning that I would have to pay customs charges and its often lost so I would get no refund at all. Fits Classic staff advised I "should take a 20% refund and donate the jacket to charity".

This company is a absolute shambles, their sizes are not the same as the uk , when I tried to send back for a refund they wanted £30 for me to send back the item, then offered me a 20% refund and keep the item , I finally accepted this and now into the 11th working day and no refund, I’m sure this company is a scam , as other reviews are saying the same

Absolutely disgusting service cheap imitations of said pictures .Avoid these idiots for the scum that they are. Ordered a 38/40 waistcoat got 48 cheap material China scam. Buttons on the wrong side no pockets as advertised and no where near the colour description. Utter SCUM.

Scam, purchased a waistcoat.

Item arrived. excessively poor quality. No pockets, no back adjuster, buttons are cheap plastic and sewing is poor quality. Not fit for purpose. Not similar to item purchased. Retuns address is given as China and company want to offer a 10% refund.

I ordered a waistcoat for a family party.
The waistcoat arrived with many faults of threading and also had no usable pockets.
I emailed all the pictures and they agreed to accept back but insisted I pay for all
Postage and kept telling me that the refund would take at least 60 days and trying to fob me off with partial refunds.
I told them that no point accepting partial refunds for faulty item that's unusable.
I asked in maybe 10 emails for a prepaid returns label but and I assume AI generated responses as they are very quick to respond that they will not give me a pre paid label even though the item is faulty.
They must be the worst business I have had the displeasure of dealing with and would tell everyone to stay away from them.
After ordering all emails are in Italian by the way.
Deliveries are from China and so are returns.
There is no customer service and the whole website comes across as a rip off.

La qualità ha superato le mie aspettative.

I ordered two dresses from the website. The clothing comes from China, not Italy. The items are poor quality; the sheath dress was unlined, and the fabric is thin and cheap. The fit is terrible. This looks nothing like the pictures.

I've had SEVERAL emails with customer service, and they have yet to provide me with a method for returning. They have made me upload pictures of the dresses TWICE, have offered a 10% purchase price refund and still have not given me a return address despite my asking for one in every email.

This company is not legitimate.

Don't use this company, you can't even call them because the number's invalid and they don't respond to emails.

Their clothing comes up very small so if you intend to order from this company I would suggest 2 x larger. However I would suggest don't buy from this company they charge you £14.95 to return you item. !

Prodotto acquisto non conforme alle immagini, la qualità era veramente scadente.
Le politiche di reso che dichiarano sul sito non le rispettano, mettono un indirizzo europeo e dopo se vuoi rendere il tuo acquisto lo devi spedire in Cina e i costi di spedizione non li sostengono loro. Mi hanno proposto un rimborso che ho accettato con la promessa che venisse evaso in 5/7 giorni lavorativi e ad oggi è passato più di un mese e non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso.
