Charlotte helped me set up my online learning and made the process simple and exciting! I felt genuinely supported throughout the whole process. Learning Online should be shut down
Learning Online should be shut down. My autistic child was pressured and tricked into a so-called “enrolment” over the phone with no written contract, no paperwork, nothing in writing at all for a course costing more than $3000.
To make matters worse, they funneled the payment through Payright finance, which means we are now locked into debt for something my child never properly agreed to. This setup is deliberately designed to avoid regulation and accountability totally unregulated, totally unfair, and completely unethical.
Learning Online has preyed on a vulnerable young person with autism and left our family in financial and emotional distress. This is not education, it’s exploitation.
I have already reported this to the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission), AFCA (Australian Financial Complaints Authority), and every consumer protection body I can. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to stay far away their practices are misleading, predatory, and cruel.

Lack of transparency and zero duty of care
Shady practices, no written contract, no transparency - Learning Online rely on glowing Trustpilot reviews, but our experience was the opposite. No contract or terms were ever provided just marketing emails and a high-pressure phone call (to someone with a disability) that they now claim is the “enrolment contract.” When asked to produce paperwork, they couldn’t. Instead, we got evasive replies from different “managers” all using the same email account.
If a business can’t provide a simple copy of a signed contract, what does that tell you? Be extremely careful before handing over your money.

Our records, including enrolment calls with course consultants, confirm that all key aspects of the course, enrolment, and payment process were clearly explained and agreed to at the time. Payment agreements are arranged directly between students and our payment plan provider, and these are confirmed and signed during the enrolment process. The payment structure and full terms and conditions are always outlined and agreed to at that stage.
It is also important to note that coursework has already been accessed, with one module fully completed and 40% progress made through the next module, which is a great achievement. This demonstrates active participation in the program.
We acknowledge your concern about documentation. While we do not issue separate paper contracts, the enrolment process and agreements are confirmed and recorded during the enrolment call with the consultant, which serves as the binding agreement. Copies of relevant information regarding your payment plan and agreement can always be accessed through your payment plan provider.
As per our previous correspondence, we stand by our processes and ask that all online feedback remains fair and honest, and does not cross into defamation, which may unfairly tarnish our reputation as a company. We also note that we simply cannot cancel an enrolment five months into a twelve-month course, particularly where significant progress has already been made.
We remain committed to providing transparency, clear communication, and value to all students.

Great experience
Support given by my tutor was so helpful and it was convenient to access the request form any time I needed assistance. The video feedback for assignments made it easy to see what was being discussed and I appreciated it.
My only frustration is with some of the multiple choice quizes. I felt sometimes they were worded in a way to trick you, but not in a "catch you not paying attention" type of way, it was more like "annoyingly small differences than the theory learned" way. I hope that makes sense.
Not a huge issue as you get to resit the quizes until you get them right anyway.
Overall I enjoyed the experience and appreciated my Tutor's time to getting things marked asap.

Never to old to study
Started studying interior design at the age of 56. I have not been 'behind books' since early '90's'. I was nervous but was committed that I wanted to study and complete this course. All was a nice conversation with the man. However, he hasn't supported me enough due to I am profoundly deaf. He didn't persist at all. I found one of the course onlines with no upfront fees. I recommend Learning Online must make a special consideration for the Disabled people in the future.

Such a positive experience
Alex had a friendly and empathetic disposition which put me right at ease. The consultation/screening process was welcoming and accommodating and conducted in a really professional manner.
