An example of Customer service!
Very kind and respectful conversation from both Matt & Kriselle.
Very patient in their explanations and really made me a part of something rather than just another number and potential commission.

Hi Jamie,
We've had a look into your enrollment and have found the course and learning materials have all been provided to you. On investigation, we found an incoming complaint to our cancellations team relating to your Buy Now Pay Later provider being bought out by another company, something which is ultimately outside of Learning Online's control.
We'd love to be able to have a further chat with you around this so please feel free to get in touch via phone or email.
Regards, Learning Online Team.
