Selling fakes but not making it clear…
Selling fakes but not making it clear in any way. Their website gives conflicting information, saying they are authentic and have official Labubu Toys, yet their own terms and conditions state they are not real or official Pop Mart items (relying on most people not checking here). They absolutely do not do enough to make it clear they are fake items (good fakes, but still) and are trying to take advantage of people.
I made a purchase, it did arrive, and I confirmed them to be fakes. I requested a refund, to which they offered a partial refund in exchange for me keeping the items. I do not want them and requested a label to return them for a full refund, but they did not reply.
They did not dispute that they were fake and did not ask for evidence; they also did not want the items back. I have raised a dispute with my card to get the full amount back, given the misleading way in which these are sold.
Unless you want a fake, or as they call it, "Replica", don't buy.
