They are a Chinese scam. I was able to get a 60% refund but I'm still going to repot them to the U.S. Postal Service and the U.S. Attorney General for prosecution.

Absolute GARBAGE. Ordered a Sm/Med Cowboy hat and it is 3 sizes to big. The felt/wool is dime store quality, and the extra bling components are like dollar store party favors. So dissapointed. Looks NOTHING like the picture. Wish I had taken the time to look up reviews before buying.

The hat I ordered was exactly the size I requested and was shipped and on my head within two weeks after ordering it. For the price, I am happy with my purchase.

The hats I received were nothing like what is represented on their web site. They pulled a bait and switch. These hats are total junk. They were crushed in the box and sizes were nowhere close. DONOT ORDER FROM THESE CROOKS!!!

After reading the reviews about this company, I really didn’t want to order a hat from them but I chanced it anyway. The only thing that was wrong with the hat that I purchased was the color.

I ordered three hats: a fedora, a cowboy hat, and an eight piece tweed hat. After receiving them, I found they were nothing like what was advertised on the website. They were thrift store Halloween costume quality hats at best. Their website says to email support and request a return address in order to send the items back to process a refund. I have emailed them three times and have not gotten a response. This company is committing fraud. They are total scammers. Should’ve checked reviews before ordering, but I saw the ad on YouTube and assumed they vetted the companies advertising on their platform better. Just noticing based on reviews that they’ve been scamming people for a long time now. Don’t know what it takes to get a fraudulent company shut down.

Ordered 2XL hats and I received comically small hats, size M at best. Quality was very poor. The website masks the fact that they are located in China, which you won't realize until you get shipping tracking information. I tried to get a refund, but the return policy requires my paying for shipment back to China or accepting a 15% refund. Absolutely terrible experience - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS VENDOR.

The product I received was not as described in the listing and the overall quality was extremely poor. The materials feel cheap, the construction is low-grade, and it does not match the photos or the expectations set by the product description.

Customer service repeatedly offered partial refunds (30%, then 45%, then 60%) instead of resolving the issue properly. A full refund was only offered if I paid for expensive international return shipping to China, which is not reasonable when the item itself is misrepresented.

This appears to be a common tactic to avoid issuing full refunds while still keeping most of the customer’s money.

Buyers should be aware that what you receive may be significantly lower in quality than what is advertised, and resolving issues may require a payment dispute.

I should have dug a little deeper in checking on reviews for this place. I ordered two fedoras, and they threw in one for free. Cost me $126.99. I finally received them, and they were all stacked on top of each other, so the brims were warped. The quality is terrible, not at all what they advertised. The hats were also far too big, even though I specified my size and ordered medium. The free one they threw in also was for a woman, and not at all what was in the picture.
The current situation, as im sure you'll guess, is dire. I immediately wrote them an email stating I was unhappy with the products and how the hats essentially arrived damaged. They offered me a partial low refund, plus a credit to shop with them again. I refused.
They upped the offer to slightly higher refund. I refused.
I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and they told me to contact PayPal directly.
PayPal initiated the dispute, and myhathaven contacted me offering a full refund after I send the hats back. But guess what? They also refuse to reimburse me for shipping, and they want me to ship to China. Seeing at they're going to make a profit from me no matter what, I refused and escalated to PayPal.
PayPal then basically told me to send them back and ill get a full refund, except for shipping. And here's the kicker. The return address myhathaven sent in the communication is half in Chinese and non translatable! So I cant even send the things back yet.

This whole thing is an absolute scam. Its shady and greedy and unless PayPal sides with me, ill still have to pay just to get SOME of my money back.

The quality is not what they claim. I can't believe they charge $60 a hat. You might as well order through Amazon and pay for what you get. They crammed 3 hats in one box. They are a website from China. I tried canceling order an hour after I ordered and they said they had already shipped. None of the hats were the same size. Do not buy from this website, it's a scam.

I ordered a hat without researching. My bad. Two months later this little kiddies party hat shows up. I use Paypal when I can thinking if there is a problem they have my back. WRONG!!

Absolutely do not buy from them! I made that mistake. I ordered the hat Clint Eastwood wore in Pale Rider. I received the hat but it was nothing like I expected. It is cheap cardboard covered with some kind of black stuff. The hat band is flimsy with no padding at all. Worth maybe $10 as a costume piece for Halloween or something. I didn't realize they were in China. Reached out to them with no response.

I ordered a blue size L hat, and received a damaged black size XXL hat (in an undented box).
They are now offering 25% off on a hat I can't wear.

They are scammers, and the pattern is: next they will require me to ship it back to China to get my refund on something I didn't order.

NEVER USE PAYPAL - THEY WILL SUPPORT THESE TERMS OF REFUND FROM THE SCAMMERS!

Ordered a hat as a gift for a friend. Took nearly a month to receive my item. When I opened the package the hat inside was nothing like what I ordered. I emailed the customer service email on their website and received a response nearly a week later. They requested photos of the item I received. I sent them several photos. They apologized for the quality and offered a 40% refund. After paying over $70 for this hat I was not willing to take that so I filed a fraud claim with my bank. After my bank reviewed the transaction and the fake pictures myhathaven provided my bank did not find them at fault. They are scammers and their photos are false advertising!! Beware

Cheap piece of garbage. We did not realize these came from overseas until i had to email to inquire about the order. Does not look like is advertised. I paid 70 dollars plus shipping for a 5 dollar hat. Buyer Beware.

Scam! I knew as soon as I placed my order and seen it was shipping from China this was going to be a scam site with false advertising or counterfeit products. My hat looked NOTHING like the photos on the webpage. Not even felt material! Cheap and crudely slapped together. They placed a gaudy gold hat band over the top of another band. It arrived all misshapen and of course when you argue for a refund they hit you with 30% along another fee and of course youre paying shipping back to China so not even worth the effort. Do yourself a favor and dont make the same mistake I did. Fortunately I'm only out $70.

I purchased two hats from this vendor. The style is exquisite. The design is eye catching.The time it took to receive the units was reasonable. However, the quality is less than desirable. The material just doesn’t seem very durable. Additionally, their sizing is skewed. I had to use hat sizers to make the products fit somewhat decently. I’m skeptical about purchasing in the future.

I wouldn't even give them one star. They just don't care. They ship from CA a different style than ordered with no consideration on the sizes selected and then dance around negotiating partial refunds with % discounts to buy new garbage dissuading you to return the items for a full refund to China because it won't be cost effective. Their website clearly states they accept returns. But it's a trap to keep their lame products that aren't what's pictured or made out of the materials they lie about and aren't worth a fraction of what you paid.

Scammer and fraud! Their products are garbage and won't give full refunds. Will not pay for shipping back to them if product is inferior.
Had to pay for shipping back to them, and took 2 months for my bank to get me a refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!
