On first phone call an appointment was made.
The appointment was with in the time slot. The person was very professional and courteous. The job didn't take long and rectified to an excellent standard.

The first guy came round and only ordered 1 part then kept calling me “my love” which was so condescending and inappropriate. When the rest of the covers arrived, I didn’t see much of a difference from the stained covers to the new ones. The whole claim took 7 months to sort out because of the incompetence from the tech guy and the constant diversions from one customer service agent to the next. I kept having to find out what was happening instead of the other way around. Awful service.

Very easy, helpful communiation from the start. The Assessor who attended was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable, and done an outstanding job very quickly and efficiently. Very, very good. I wondered what could be done about the issue, but he resolved it very quickly and professionally. 5* service.

First guy ended the appointment early as he was going on holiday that day. The settees have serious wear marks where you have tried to clean them and look bleached from your chemicals. Took me more than two weeks for you to attend a second time and after two attempts you have said now it is too risky. What is so annoying is that if you had attended sooner maybe you could have removed the stains as I managed to remove some on my own but you said leave it to the professionals.

The furniture guy did a great job resolving a long term problem arising from the original installation. The bed and particularly the headboard is now a more solid structure as a result.
