Technician was very professional, and explained exactly the issue I had. 5 star service. The only issue I had was having to go online to make the booking as I’m not a tech savvy

Jason, the technician, was respectful to myself and of my property.
The repair was carried out and the area left clean and tidy with everything replaced where it should be.

The technician was superb, he went above and beyond to do a superb job. Clean tidy and his attention to detail deserves praise.

Whilst the repair itself and the technician completing it were high quality and restored my furniture to good condition. The booking staff were evasive, unhelpful and failed three times to actually carry out what they said they would do . Advisor 1 after 15 minutes of highlighting her opinion that they are only a third party failed to book the appointment in their system or even record that a call had been made to me.
The second advisor called the following day and I had to repeat my concenrs as nothinh had been recorded managed to book the appointmnet but failed to record my complaint and inaccurately reported to my insurance provider that I wanted replacement only and had declined an appointment! the third and final advisor called to apologise for the failure to act on the complaint and promised that a team leader would be in touch in the next week with a result of their enquiries. Well we are almost 2 weeks later and still no update of any type. It seems that for Emmeira group they consider honesty and fulfilling promises to customers as an inconvenience and entirely optional. My advise take anything this company promise with a lorry load of salt then you may not be disappointed

The representative (sorry I didn't catch his name) put the correct colour legs on my sofa. He even found, inside the sofa, a leg that the initial installers should have fixed on.

The technician Tony rang me before arriving to let me know he was on his way. On examing my furniture he immedately recognized the repair needed. He cut no corners and left my items of furniture looking brand new. He was very polite and knowledgeable. The extra paid for my furniture cover was well worth it. Good all round job and completely satisfied.
