I am loving the course
I am loving the course. However I believe in low to no sugar, low carbohydrates, higher fat, high protein and fasting. So as I go through the course and the Eatwell Guide, I am a bit betwixt and between. I managed to get my sugar and blood pressure under control with ketogenic diet and fasting. I have also lost 31kg last year.
