Have just finished my second course - so pleased to have learnt about counselling skills and mental health in such great detail. From enrolment to all aspects of support and learning I highly recommend these courses. Look forward to Health and Nutrition next. Great to have the opportunity to do this.

Level 2 children and young peoples mental health
Really enjoyed doing the level 2 children and young peoples mental health. My tutor was great and helped me when I needed an extension due to health reasons. Would highly recommend 😊

The free courses are always set up to make at as easy as possible to get through the course and I find the course very enjoyable.

Easy application form
Easy application form. Simple to fill out. I did however have to click off mid test and then when I went back on it I had to start again so the only improvement I would suggest would be a save button between the application and both tests.

Amazing team available to help
Every member of staff that I have spoken to has been kind, professional and helpful. The course is set out in a way that’s easy to understand with detailed step by step guides to help, as well as assistance when needed. I am enjoying the course! I feel confident to contact the team for help.

Absolutely brilliant. I'm just about to start the Counselling course. Would recommend any of the free courses on offer. Why not! Nothing to loose but so much can be gained.

Reliable and honest

Unfortunately, due to the strict eligibility criteria linked to government-funded courses in certain areas, learners who already hold a Level 3 qualification are not eligible to enrol on to these Level 3 courses.
We understand this may be frustrating, especially if this was not the outcome you were hoping for. Our team and the colleges we work with aim to apply the funding rules fairly and consistently for all learners.
