My Experience With EP Financial Solutionswas very good
My experience was very good. After a few questions to make sure that I, whom am a Pensioner, was covered to pay all my other bills, my transaction was handled very efficiently, kindly and compassionately. I would recommend EP Financial Solutions to anyone who is perhaps having problems with outstanding debts. They are very polite and handle elderly people very sensitively.

We want to reassure you that we only work with trusted and well-established brands, and our role is to support people who find themselves in financial difficulty. At the same time, when something doesn’t look right, we make sure to support escalating the circumstances back to our clients so it can be properly investigated.
From what you’ve said, it sounds like this may be a case of incorrect or fraudulent credit being set up, which is something we take very seriously. We absolutely don’t want to be contacting minors or people who aren’t responsible for the debt, and we’ll always step in to put things right if that’s the case.

My Advisor’s approach
Your advisor listened and understood everything that I had explained to her!
Her response was very reassuring and I was told that the relevant information would get relayed back to the company in question and that she will contact me again if necessary! I found this advisor to be very polite and helpful very professional and understanding more than I can say about the company chasing up Full Payment when I’ve always paid monthly!!!

Refuse to listen to reality
Couldn't tell you how many times I've answered the phone or informed them that I'm not the person they think I am, nor have I ever someone with that name.
Now today, I had received FIVE identical texts so once again, I go to their website to tell them that it's the wrong number.
I then get a sixthte text of the day! Absolute joke. This is literally harassment at this point...

I’m very unwell at the moment. I’m having to rely on benefits. He suggested people that can be helpful in my situation He was very understanding & it was a different experience than I expected.
He is a credit to the company.
Because I said I could pay in full if they give me a discount I was gratefully given 25% off!
That’s another unnecessary worry out of the way.

To clarify, we only reach out after being instructed by our clients. EE provides information on how they work with debt collection agencies at the following link. They also list a phone number 0800 956 6000 which you can call to be redirected to the agency they’ve placed the account with:

False claims!
According to EPFS, I owed money in the region of £12.47 to EE. I phoned EE to query this phantom charge. After a lot of digging into my account, the very kind gent from EE informed me that there is no debt or outstanding charge on my account. EPFS have been harassing me with phone calls and emails. EPFS are scam artists! DO NOT engage with them!
