From the start I received an excellent customer experience, looked at various different types of flooring at home and got a date for fitting to suit. My daughter told me about dream flooring as she had used in the past and was very happy. The fitters arrived when they said they would and done a great job, will definitely let family and friends know how great My Dream Flooring has been 😁😁

charles came to do my laminate flooring in my living room, very kind man he did an amazing job i’m so happy with it. he kept me up to date with times and arrival. also ryan was there also and he was kind young lad too! amazing job by both. thanks again😊

I had a measure & quote visit 10/3/26. Hallway, Sitting Room, Bedroom, Vinyl. £128 per month.Paid deposit.Fitting day 15/4/26.
Getting very nervous since told I have to remove ALL contents,including furniture, prior to Fitting. I’m 76 yrs of age, alone, and wonder how I’m going to get furniture outside on patio on day of Fitting, and what happens if it’s raining or they don’t turn up for the Fitting appmt? I’ve tried texting, phoning, emailing the office and the Rep lots of times but no reply or response. Very nervous now having read all the low/bad Reviews.

5/4/26 I have bare floors. I have help arranged to help lift the furniture. My question for your company was: in a small 1-bed bungalow, patio at the back, we will move the furniture outside ON THE DAY of Fitting before the Fitter arrives. Q. Reading reviews I see many people report no-show of Fitter on the day. Q. What if it’s raining on the day?Q. In what room order,( Hall, Bedroom, Sitting Room) will the Fitting take place? We need to know because if it’s raining we can hardly put the furniture outside, and will have to put it in the room waiting to be done, before putting it back after each room has been done. Hey! I may be in my 70’s but I’ve moved house around the World with 6 kids 22 times in 47 years…I CAN organise a 3-room Flooring Fitting day, I just need to know the date will not be changed, and the order of the Fitting in case it’s too wet to put my furniture outside! I have 2 elderly neighbours helping me on the day. BTW; my family live abroad, and my neighbours and friends locally all live in this Gated Community estate for the Elderly. I’m one of the youngest!Confirmation please on Tuesday.

Absolutely amazing start to finish , mark came out and gave me my quote he worked around my bisy schedule to fit me in when it was convenient, the fitter messaged me the night before with a time he would be here , super happy and lovely quality 😀
